I found the online Check in procedure to be excellent. Staff staff was courteous and professional seemed enjoy their job. Doctor was extremely professional took the time to listen to my issues and took a course course of action that I was very pleased with. This is not a Mass production practice this is a dermatology office serving Clients.

I love English Dermatology. I have been a patient for many years. Their receptionists are always kind and efficient on the phone and in person. I never wait for my appointments. They are always on time. I have seen Mindy, Annie and Jennifer. They're all awesome. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin care. They've helped me remove skin cancers and check to me over to make sure I am OK. I would definitely recommend them.

Have been going to see Dr. Jennifer Garrick here for a few months now and she has been amazing! Helped me clear up my acne tremendously. Very pleased with her knowledge and ability to help me find the perfect solution for my skin.

I got better care and advise from YouTube than at this place. The nurse practitioner was not interested on trying to figure out my issues. All she did was send me back to my primary doctor and recommended over the counter items. Also felt like i was being rushed thru the process. I went to a dermatologist to get quality care and find a solution to my skin issues.

The nurse was very indifferent rude and uncomfortable looking. She would just stare not talk or even introduced her self. I wish I could get my money back because YouTube gave me better advise than this so called dermatologist. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place. total waist of my money

Kellie and her staff have been so helpful and explained everything that they were going to be doing before the procedure. I really liked knowing so I knew what to expect. My husband has been going to Dr. English at English dermatology for years since his cancer scare. We are loyal patients.

I'm a new patient at English Dermatology and had my fist visit this week. I was very pleased and happy with everything. Front office staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was in the exam room right at my scheduled time. Kellee was very thorough examining my moles, she explains things very well and listens closely to your concerns. I'm thankful a friend referred me to English Dermatology, I will definitely be referring my family and friends to them as well!

The receptionist at intake was very nice, welcoming and pleasant. It was very easy to come prepared having registered online. The nurse practitioner Mindy was wonderful. I'm very happy with my experience there. Mindy was professional and knowledgeable yet friendly and compassionate

Had a strange spot on my face and emailed a picture. Mindy looked at it promptly and asked me to come in. I got an appointment in a timely manner. No long wait time for the appointment or in the office when I arrived. Mindy is personable and knowledgeable and was reassuring. She's the best.

I have been going to Dr. English for over twenty years and he is always professional and does a very thorough skin check. I have so many moles to review and he catches my precancerous spots before they get worse. Highly recommend his offices.

Great visit with Annie. I arrived early and was seen before my scheduled appointment time. Annie was thorough and explained everything perfectly. Will be back again.

Granted, I came in with all the info I needed- medication and treatment I wanted- so my experience is probably different from other peoples. But the ability to do your introductory paperwork online ahead of time really saved a lot of time and sped up my appointment time. It was great to get in and out with my needed prescription within 10-15 minutes once my appointment started.

The nurse and doctor were very professional and friendly. They wore masks and I felt I was well taken care of.

Surgery to remove low grade skin cancer a type with maybe a 3% of returning. Less than a week after surgery an infection developed. Stiches removed after about two weeks. Maybe about 10/12 day's later a new leasion simmalar to one removed developed. Back on January 10th and another biopsy sent to the lab. Will wait for now maybe 1/2 weeks for results. Betting that another surgery will be in the future.

Dr. Hernandez was extremely cordial, and very, very professional. His medical assistant Kanysia (I hope the spelling is close) was more than efficient and did everything possible to keep me informed and comfortable. Everyone at the clinic was wonderful.

I was very impressed with the sincerity and bed side manner of the medical professionals at English Dermatology as well as the kind and helpful professionalism of their staff. Prior to my visit at English Dermatology, I had sought out answers & a hopeful diagnosis elsewhere. Unfortunately only to exit feeling rushed through explaining no answers, yet a costly rx to fill with the possibility it helped & scheduling and immediate follow ups which all resulted in the same.

Feeling very Grateful I decided to seek out another Dermatology Practice, I was referred to English Dermatology. It means a great deal to a patient, just to feel as if the are been heard. The time devoted to my visit, by Ms. Jennifer Garrick (FPN) as well as her medical technician is not easily found today. She was firm on not just proceeding with a costly treatment without instead determining was was actually at the root the cause. Listening with with genuine empathy is invaluable to a patient.

I would highly recommend this practice to both those seeking to maintain a healthy appearance, as well as those like myself seeking answers that result in a healthier future.

I've been going to English Dermatology for a number of years. They have been easy to work with even if I have to change appointments. All the staff are helpful and polite. I highly recommend them for your skin care needs!

I arrived at my appointment and was in my room by my appointment time. The nurse that took me to the room was very nice. Dr. English did a full body exam and was thorough. The lady that checked me out was friendly. Overall, a great appointment. Thank you!

This is a great place to get those beauty marks removed from your face. My wart is all gone and it feels nice after a long time. The staff really makes you feel comfortable put you at ease. The only pain/discomfort you may feel is the initial step but everything else seemed like a piece of cake. I'm glad my family recommended this place to me.

100% recommend English Dermatology! I have been a patient for over 20 years and I have never run into any issues with waiting times, procedures, or billing, etc. When I need something a little more urgent than a regular checkup, they always do their best to get me in. They really do! All of the doctors have been there for years (which is so nice to see the same people year after year), and they have a new PA that is just amazing and I look forward to seeing her again.
