I had an appointment to see Andrew. Andrew refused to see me because i wore a medical grade face shield rather than a face mask. I suffer from anxiety when my face is covered so a face mask is not an option. I was humiliated and embarrassed and would never recommend going here.

I was disappointed to find that there was not a ramp to their audio testing chamber. This 5 step can be a daunting task for anyone with neuro muscular disease. The staff is usually nice and helpful.
