We offer all-on-four dental implants to help our patients regain a healthy, confident smile. Dental Implants can provide you with a brand-new smile while helping to maintain your facial contours and promote better oral health. Let me start by saying that due to several past dentist experiences gone wrong, I have major anxiety about dentists. My tooth cracked and became infected so it needed to come out. Every single dentist was booked 6 months out. Dr Goth got me in quickly and took care of it with no pain. He and his office staff are friendly and amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat although I hope I dont have to.

I had 3 teeth pulled and I was so nervous. Dr Goth told me he would take really good care of me and he did. Very good bedside manner and was compassionate about how I was feeling. Vicky my nurse was also wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Goth's office is incredible. The entire staff treated me with nothing but love and care. Everyone is incredibly personable which is great for people who get nervous. I also admire Dr. Goth's confidence, when he told me I was in good hands I truly believed him. Thank you, all

I expressed to the woman at the counter when I arrived.as well as on the phone when I scheduled my consultation for surgery that I have severe anxiety about dentistry and have a history of panic attacks while even getting Xrays. My Fiance was refused permission to stay with me due to Covid. OK. The next patient was walked back with TWO caregivers, yet I wasn't even allowed one.

But that isn't even the reason for my low review. After being made aware of how I was already feeling (with no consideration or compassion, mind you) the woman that was to call me back was walking about the office, mask down and eating her lunch! She calls me back with her automated greetings to me "How are you". I again expressed I'm extremely anxious and not feeling well because of my anxiety. Again, no consideration or compassion was showed to me, even in the slightest.

I was walked in to a room and told, not asked politely, but told to remove my hat. I simply asked why and her response was, "Why does it matter?" At this point, I wasn't feeling very friendly anymore. She then kept her same, rude tone while asking me about piercings and my necklace. I've had many xrays in my life for many reasons, as well as surgery.

I am aware of what my rights are as a patient regarding removing items like facial jewelry and such. She didn't like that I refused to remove my plastic Monroe Piercing.which is absolutely not necessary. She simply chose to be nasty still, and I get again expressed that I was very anxious and uncomfortable. She basically threw the lead apron on to me before going and talking to the Dentist.

At this point, the lady from the counter came back and asked what was wrong. Yet AGAIN I expressed my discomfort as the dental assistant came back and tried to shove the foam rolls into my mouth. I was then told to "sit back and relax if I wanted my face fixed". Well, this dentistry isn't the only dentistry on earth, the care was horrible, the compassion was non existant so I left.

My care is now being handled properly by a more reputable and more kind Dentist, whom has also taken in other upset clients who were treated poorly by Goth and his employees.

Dr. Goth himself should not be practicing medicine. I woke up towards the end of my wisdom teeth extraction, I had my eyes opened and made audible noises that I could feel what he was doing. He proceeded to tell me "Don't talk buddy its almost over". I could feel him pulling a wisdom tooth out as well as stitching my gums. My surgery was right before COVID really hit so they closed about 3 weeks following my surgery.

I had full numbness in my lower lip and chin. I was told they would call me back when they reopen (understandable with the virus). I was never given a call back and it took 3 months to get feeling back in my chin and lip. Do not go here. May I add he stitched my cheeks over the extraction holes.

A very professional operation and a very talented surgeon. The staff working with him was also very professional and helpful. After having a tooth extraction go wrong at my normal dentist I was directed to go with an oral surgeon to extract the root that remained in my gums immediately. All the local surgeons had wait times 3 weeks out, but Dr. Goth was able to get me in the same day and finish the tooth extraction. He was very calming during the procedure and patient aware. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery or even adhoc oral surgery such as my case was.

Staff treated me very well. Had no issues with any part of my experience until Dr. Goth started the extraction procedure. I was told that there was a 7-y/o in the office earlier that didn't cry I needed to stop crying (I was still feeling my tooth being pulled at this point) or he would cancel the procedure and reschedule for anesthesia. He also told me that his daughter is the same age as me and he will treat me the same as her.

I am not his daughter, she also probably doesn't have an injection as I did caused by this tooth. I felt very disrespected and ignored by Dr. Goth and will never recommend him to ANYONE!

I recently was referred to Dr. Goth by another dentist. I have been in pain for months with an infection in my mouth. Although the procedure was a bit painful due to the infection being bad I truly can't thank Dr. Goth and his staff any more. They made me feel welcome from the very first phone call, to walking in for my appointment and were outstanding and very helpful with my issue. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Very professional and polite.

About a week after having jaw surgery my face was swollen and puffy, and my jaw was very stiff. I did one treatment with the HD laser and could immediately notice a difference. The treatment itself was unexpectedly pleasant, I would even say relaxing. During the treatment I could feel my jaw start to loosen up and feel less achy. When the treatment was over I went straight to the mirror to see if I could notice a difference, and sure enough my swelling had significantly decreased.

I was most pleased the following day when the swelling and pain did not return. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone suffering from any type of pain or inflammation. Dr. Goth has really done an amazing job! Thank you so much.
