Call and call and call, no answer. The one and only time since signing up with this group, was for a rash. Oh but they did not tell me when I made the appointment that the "MALE" doctor could not lift my shirt to see the rash on my back, I would have to re-schedule and pay a co pay AGAIN with a female doctor. 3 appointments later and none of the doctors could tell me what the itching was. I had gotten SHINGLES.

I am writing this under my husband's account. I went to graybill for first visit with initial physical as they were designated as our new insurance provider. Dr. Gasalia was very nice and attentive, but the entire system is ridiculous. I was told a physical was free, but got a bill for $20 after the fact apparently because I spoke to my doctor about my intermittent carpal tunnel issues, for asking about prescribing my PRN medication as I was out and for ensuring I had my mammogram scheduled.
Not sure, but these should fall under a physical as they all are part of my body! Have to dispute this charge! Additionally, I was sent a bill for the medical device i received in office for my carpal tunnel, but was never told it may or may not be covered under my HMO! And I had 14 days to return it, but was never told this in my visit either, it's been 2 months!
When I called to speak to billing they told me they have no idea what I'm talking about, they've never heard of the company that supplies their medical devices! So now I am speak to medical device company and dispute this as well. Never had any problems with billing when we were with SHARP! I am SO not impressed!

Absolutely horrible service. Accused my son of being an opioid addict when he has never done that and there were no positive tests because he is extremely underweight. Turned out that we have toxic mold in our house and he has been so ill that he's been hospitalized three since being overlooked by this doctor's office. Thanks for nothing

Dr. Gosalia has got big headed. Thinks she is God. Never their always reschedules for any reason. Let you be 1 sec late she doesn't have the time. Had a heart attack was late because of palpations she refused to see me. I am a cancer patient many problem s and she hasn't fixed or helped one. Oh by the way she diagnosed me with acid reflex it was my heart 3 stents later. Buch of hot air no help at all. Maybe needs more training. Or new husband has her mind on him.

The whole staff always have been extremely helpful. My general practitioner in the office always listens and does everything he can to help me. I went in yesterday with less hope than ever about my situation and the doctors on staff took my situation seriously enough to the extent that they just fixed my issue right there in the office (Without having to make multiple appointments to do so).I've been a patient there for two years.
When I need healthcare they have always been there to care. It's very clear that these physicians are still in the field to help and care for the sick. I'm more than grateful for them, and I am a difficult patient!

Very bad. After you come out from the treatment.they tell you to wait about 30 minutes then we went to asked what's will happen. And she said we all done can leave. No sorry nothing Then come to the CVS to pi up prescription. The nurse partition make a mistake on the order. I call in. The the facilities talk to live person and explain what happened.
She tran for my call to ungernt voices mail to leave the message. And they will get back to me in 24 hours. Relly. My recommendation for this place very bad service no respect. They don't care. Bad stuff work there. I spent almost 4 hour. Went I feel sick. It not fun.

I went to the Urgent care there and Dr. Stephen Tinio listened to all my concerns. He examined me and did not rush the visit. My urgent care visit was quick. no long wait. My Primary doctor is Doctor Gosalia and I love my doctor. I called the medical center and left a message for her and she called me right back the same day.

Great experience for a severe chest cold that wouldn't get better after about 5 days. Went in early on a Thursday morning and was registered, seen and out the door in about an hour! That's amazing! Lily checked me in and was so pleasant and nice! Shiloh the PA was top notch, listened, assessed and called my prescriptions into my pharmacy! I'm already feeling better and on the road to recovery! Thank you Graybill Urgent Care- Oceanside!

We've seen Dr. Carpenter a few times and never had issues. Her nurse Jeannie is awesome, see gave my daughter her shots so quick and efficiently that my daughter didn't even cry! They are nice and always willing to talk things out and answer any questions. I only wish the front desk girls were nicer.

Dr Carpenter is a joke. Brought my son in with broken foot symptoms. X-ray was performed. She notified that she wasn't sure if it was broke of not. Then told us to go to the hospital. HOW CAN YOU NOT DIAGNOSE A BROKEN BONE?! Yet they submitted paper to my insurance as if they treated a broken foot. Stay away.
