The lack of diversity is a huge concern. But, the most disturbing is the lack of professional standards and accountability for the vile and disturbing behavior of employee, Katie Hyatt. Ms. Hyatt left a voice mail message for me that is so violent, threatening, and deplorable that a warning is issued to anyone interested in listening. Patients of this practice are horrified at her behavior and the fact that faced no consequences for her abusive behavior.

Well, I thought I'd seen everything, but I was cancelled as a patient. I'd already had left but being fired as a patient. Hmmm. didn't know it was a possibility for a civil, rather friendly, paying person. The whole practice just has a bad vibe. The only gem was the nurse who was friendly and competent. I also noticed the lack of diversity. I'm saying this as an old man with European ancestry.

Pale as a ski slope. The only good thing I can say is making me aware of my diabetes situation. That is why they got 2 stars. Too many choices in Greensboro to put up with this. Just say no.

I think Guilford Medical is great. My primary Dr is Dr. Holwarda. He has been my doctor now for about 6 years. He is very kind, and he listens to his patients. He is very caring and shows concern. The lab techs are amazing. I have also dealt with Ms. Miller. She has helped me considerably with my diabetic medication and I am doing so much better with my A1C now. She is a great dietitian. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

My first time here was great! Dr Mckinney was thorough and thoughtful, keeping in mind my particular situation. However, every experience thereafter I was met with a doctor that clearly does not think of patients as anything other than a time slot. "Name please? Surgery please? Money please?" Find yourself a doctor that listens and understands and is not just following the money-grubbing routine.

I've been going to this practice for many, many years and would never consider going to any other practice. I love the staff and have always been treated with courtesy and respect by everyone that works there. Dr. Russo is my doctor and he also treats my son as well. He is a wonderful doctor and spends quality time with both of us. I would never consider going to anyone else for any reason!

I have been going to this doctor office for a little over a decade now. So I think my review counts just a tad bit. This place is professional, clean, responsive and sharp. My Doctor is Doctor Perini and he has been my main doctor for all these years and he has taken care of me very well. He is a great doctor and a great human being. There is no shady business at this place. I feel like you are dealing with real, genuine people that care about you and your health. I highly recommend this place.

Worst medical practice ever! Receptionists are outright witches. Hateful to patients and each other. Epitome of unprofessionalism. Doctors are just as bad. They don't care about your health, just your money. They just prescribe lots of prescriptions, without caring to find out what's really wrong with you. Some of the Dr's are on the yearly lists of highest payouts by big pharma for prescribing drugs - (high)hundreds of thousands - a million dollars!

And the Dr's offer 'Concierge Service' that runs about $2k extra a year. Do not waste your money! They will take your money, but not provide you with the special services and will lie about doing them. For your own health and safety - Run away from this place!

I was told by my family doctor that my condition required a referral to a specialist. Picked this one. Over a month passed before they called and said the doctor would take me as a patient. Then I would have to wait even more for an appointment. Already had to go to the ER for this. Maybe this is the standard time for referrals, I don't know. Seems like an awfully long time for a doctor to sign a piece of paper.

I'm sure that they would have all kinds of excuses for this, but still, it really seems excessive. I cannot comment on the patient care at this facility, but with all the money you have to spend for health care you would think there would be a little more, maybe service or care would be the right word. In conclusion, it would appear that if you need timely medical care because of a serious and pressing condition you should look elsewhere. This is so sad.

Horrible do not ever go to this practice. They will require you to leave voicemails and never return your calls for urgent referrals. They will in addition to that not even submit the referral to your insurance and you will be left with enormous bills to pay due to their incompetence. Their office staff are horrible. Not compassionate at all. Took me 3 weeks of calling everyday to even get a referral! If you want a doctor who will not follow up and make your life a living hell choose them.

I have been a patient at guilford medical for 10 years. The staff is amazing! Very attentive and efficient. The Drs. Are brilliant. I have called many times with requests and questions and have always gotten a satisfactory response by the end of the day, & most times within a couple of hours. Best practice I have been associated with!
