Gupta Gastro Associates

I had my endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by dr Gupta. My last colonoscopy was done by another Dr in his ofc who doesn't put his name on the reports. You only see Dr Gupta's name. He nor Dr Gupta told me that I had a twisted colon that was causing my chronic constipation. I had to practically beg for a consultation with Gupta to discuss it and he would only do it over the phone. Gupta said there was nothing that could be done cuz it was common in old people. Well, that was a lie.

They have 2 types depending on where the twist is. Also I was told my hemorrhoids were internal when in fact they are external. I'm done with him. He can stay out in L.I. and lie to those patients.

I love the clean atmosphere and the friendly staffs at Dr Gupta Rockaway office, took my son aged 18 who is a frightens Friday when it comes to Doctors, and he mention "that went swiftly, with no long waiting, That Dr got his office and staff in checked", I smiled and said yes he does. Thanks Dr GUPTA and STAFFS of the Rockaway office.

The staff is wonderful and professional and they make you feel comfortable and good even if you are nervous. Dr. Gupta is a wonderful doctor and cares about his patients.

From start to finish thier professionalism and warmth is outstanding, their office is state of the art, something you typically see on either Park Ave or in the Hamptons. Thier staff definitely went the extra distance in being attentive especially in the follow up dept. The examinations were werent cookie cutter at all They were personlized and in depth Truth is i was really impressed and ive been to many high end medical facilities when taking a parent for chemotherapy, i strongly and highly recommend their medical team, Ive been pushing off taking a colonoscopy because of the entire procedure being so invasive or so i thought but they do it inhouse and so not cold or callous about the whole procedure that i finally booked my exam, Not looking forward to ever getting sick again but if i do the bright side is ive got the best mecial team to remedy that, On a side note im an orthodox jew and i know tons of jewish doctors and im very particular And i have been with Dr Gupta's office for years And they were very accommodating with giving me an appointment on spur of the moment for a full work up eventhough they were fully booked But they were sensetive to the Jewish holiday scheduling that allowed for me to come in.
