I have had such a great experience! The office staff is always pleasant! I have a couple of concerns with insurance and the billing office has been extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I love Dr. K! He is a great doctor with even better wait times! Overall this office has always made my children and I feel very welcomed!

We cannot say enough good about the group of men and women who work here. Since my first son was born in 2020, we have had all of his milestone checks here, utilized their advice nurse several times, and seen their doctors for some colds, ear infections, and unfortunately Covid. Through everything, they have been professional, caring and most importantly, they have treated my son holistically and with purpose.

From vaccines to basic check ups, we have always felt cared for. My son is not afraid to go there and even plays with the doctors. They let him feel comfortable and even play back with him. This place is fantastic and so are the people.

Both my son and daughter are patients and I'm incredibly satisfied with the level of care all their pediatricians provide. Each doctor listens, understands, and provides solutions whenever there is a sick or well check.and the front desk is always helpful and responsive. Thank you to the entire office!

This is hands down the best pediatric office we have ever been to. The office staff and nurses are all very kind, helpful, and quick to get you checked in and taken care of. We have never waited more than 3 minutes to be seen which when waiting around with little kids is a big deal. Our entire time in the office from wait time, check in, and the appointment is usually under 30 minutes. Dr. K is so great with both of my kids and is very attentive and actually remembers his patients.

The online portal is also one of the best. I have been able to email Dr. K questions and always get a very fast response and they also offer same day appointments. We love this office and plan to be here until the kids are grown.

Choosing a pediatrician is a big decision as a first time mom. I wanted to go to an office that has a friendly staff, with doctors that are dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. That's exactly what GPAM provides. My daughter has received great care there. We absolutely love Dr. Johnson! She asks all of the right questions and is so nice to talk to. Thankful for the convenient locations, as well!

10/10 for Gwinnett Peds! They are AMAZING! From staff, to doctors, nurses, questions you have, exc. They always get us in quickly! I'm that new mom who always has a million questions and I write them in the portal and always receive a prompt response! We see Dr. K and LOVE HIM! He is prompt, amazing with our son, always answers questions, and I love how he asks what we want to talk about or go over. Gwinnett peds- Lawrenceville is now apart of our family. If that's what you're looking for when you're finding care for your child, I would suggest them! Thank you Gwinnett Peds for taking care of us!

We followed Dr. Jacobson here. Every time we've been here, the staff has been great. We've been seen right away. The process is seamless. Dr. Jacobson is the best and my girls absolutely love her. She takes her time while in the room and makes sure everything is checked out before leaving. She even gave my little one's stuffed monkey a quick checkup. We love her.

The staff were professional and the office was clean. They triage sick visits from wellness visits, which made my child and I feel comfortable. Since this was our first visit, the staff made it easy for us. They asked us questions and vice versa. They were able to address our concerns. The visit didn't feel rush. Good bedside manner. I will definitely return.

From setting the appointment to pre-registration prior to arrival to appointment check-in, the experience leading up to our visit was easy and straightforward, and the office team were prompt and friendly. Upon arrival, we were seen quickly and the nurse and pediatrician were not only professional but also very easy to talk to, and they took their time with my daughter to make sure she received their attention and care.

This was a second opinion visit for a persistent issue. Our doctor took her time, asking many questions to fully evaluate my daughter's condition. In doing so, she provided valuable information we had not yet received and really set our minds at ease. We have been long-time patients at GPAM and highly recommend their practice to any family looking for a group who really cares about their patients!

Gwinnett Pediatrics is the best! My boys love going to the doctor. Each doctor takes their time during the exam and goes above and beyond when it comes to answering any and all questions I have. The nurses are also great! Everyone is so friendly.

I have taken my kids to GPAM since we moved to Gwinnett eight years ago. The staff is always very professional and gentle. One of my sons has cognitive and physical special needs and a very complicated medical history. Dr. K handles all of the necessary school and government paperwork that he requires so beautifully with a very quick turnaround time.

He is fabulous with both of my kids. Most importantly, he lets me be the expert on my kids and compassionately addresses our needs. My 8 year old actually loves going for a check-up. I highly recommend this practice.

We moved and heard great things about GPAM. being close and having multiple locations we decided to create a relationship with Dr. Stolle in Duluth. We were satisfied until as of recent. Our son was born with a heart condition. His heart goes into tachycardia which means his little heart starts beating at a pace in excess of 200+ beats/min. After the elementary school nurse made two 911 calls to get EMS out to convert him we started looking more into what is causing our sons increase in episodes.

We determined that while not the sole cause, one major contributing factor is the fact he isn't able to breathe as easily through a mask, which elevates the heart rate in any normal person much less a kid with a heart condition. We called to request a mask waiver and we were told NO! the doctor doesn't see any reason to issue a mask waiver.

The COVID vaccine is out and readily available, it's been proven kids aren't carriers of the virus. A conversation with the doctor would've been nice but seeing as this is the STRONG STANCE our Dr has chosen to take, we will be happy to move to a doctor who will listen to the issues, concerns and discuss options rather than give a NO! We are happy to pass along our experience and tell others of our complete disgust and dissatisfaction with this doctor and practice.

My grandson was ill and his doctor said he had a stomach virus. For three days he was in excruciating pain and after taking him back multiple times ( vomiting blood), they performed no tests! Finally took him to CHOA within an hour it was deemed his intestines are twisted. I'm furious they made him suffer. Do not subject your children to their incompetence. Signed TICKED OFF GRANDMA

Terrible service front desk at Duluth. Not give options. They don't follow appointments. Then when you do the complaint the Dr suggested chance the pediatrician and take your kids to the another clinic. It means you better not complaint about front desk.

Sent a friend of mine away and wouldn't see his sick daughter over $22. Look no further than practices like this for what's wrong with healthcare in this country.

Dr. faroqui is the worst. She billed me wrong for my appointment and when I questioned the billing, the office administrator got offended. Her nurse was extremely disrespectful and I got mistreated because I complained about her.

My daughter Skylar is chronically ill. She suffers daily. She is unable to eat without becoming sick. She IS a casualty of vaccinations. What's worse? *****I told her doctor (Gwinnett Peds & Adolescent Medicine in Duluth, GA) I didn't want her vaccinated, she pushed it and I stood my ground ***** Her father took her for a well visit while I was work, where ultimately they talked him into starting the rounds of vaccines.

They poisoned her with what she described as fire through her veins and she got sick. Why is no consent from both parents not needed? Ask yourself this question. Why when I had THOUGHT I was 'in the clear' and 'heard' must my daughter and I suffer? How about this? Do away with the topic of vaccines, screw the issue and just go back to morales, values, trust or the so called Hippocratic Oath taken by our physicians. Does THAT itself not instill fear itself? Im disgusted with so called 'doctor educated' world we live in. I'm fearful for YOUR children in that medical 'professionals' went behind my back and damaged my child for what may be a life sentence. I'm fearful you too will be wronged, lied to. "I know it's not what you've been told, and I know that rethinking everything can be scary.

But its even scarier knowing the facts that are surfacing every day. that It may even be scarier for you than the diseases you fear, but you need to step back and do your own research. Use logic and reasoning to think through the propaganda. Learn the actual history behind vaccination." "And then, ask yourself, Why would someone choose not to vaccinate their child?

You may be surprised at what you discover. You may also be surprised to find that many of us actually did vaccinate, and our children suffered from severe adverse reactions. It's not just 1 in a million like you've been told." Its me, my daughter and thousands upon thousands of other children suffering for it. "Instead of fearing the majority of the population for being unvaccinated, fear those who are spreading the lies in order to coerce the population into mandatory vaccine compliance.

Discover the truth for yourself and then rise up and share it, so that others may do the same. The truth is liberating, and it can truly set you free." If you believe in vaccinations, if you believe in the flu shot, I ask of you to read this post below and the following links as well to rethink your stance and save your kid from the suffering my kid deals with every day, every meal. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10156964668168216&id=510058215 1. https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-indications.html 2. http://www.wbur.org/commonhealth/2018/03/21/mumps-vaccine-protection-wanes 3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26091979 4. http://rescuepost.typepad.com/files/gr-autism_and_vaccines_world_special_report1.pdf 5. http://www.truthlibrary.info/articles/corporate-fraud/japan-and-the-mmr-vaccine-and-the-sids-connection/ 6. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccinations/chickenpox-vaccine-questions-answers/#routineschedule 7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8CbgaDsoHs 8. https://bmcmedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12916-015-0382-8 9. https://www.gsksource.com/pharma/content/dam/GlaxoSmithKline/US/en/Prescribing_Information/Rotarix/pdf/ROTARIX-PI-PIL.PDF 10. http://vactruth.com/2014/02/26/unvaccinated-children-healthier/ 11. We love Dr Stickney! He's been awesome with my 5 year old and always super patient with us as a family. He takes lots of time answering our questions thoroughly. The office is great about accommodating our schedules, even at the last minute, we've never had a problem being seen.

When We started our journey here, it was wonderful. My original doctor moved overseas and then we began seeing Dr. Stickney. He was nice and patient in the beginning but this past few months I can't help but to think that personal problems are being shown through his work. He has grown to be very rude and impatient. Even the receptionists (who are wonderful by the way) have noticed and were super apologetic on his behalf.

The last time that I called in to make appointments for my children, he said that if I had a lot of questions about shots that he couldn't see them on the same day. This was offensive considering that I'd be paying for two separate appointments. He wanted to give my 1 year old 4 shots on the same day and tried to rip me apart when I wanted to do 2 shots on one day and 2 on another.

He played the whole "I'm the doctor, I'm the smart one" role. I was told that if I didn't get them all done on the same day I should look for another doctor. This happened even though I just signed an agreement to get all of the shots within 6 months a week before this fiasco. I won't hold it against them that they just got a new system and sometimes it took several phone calls and messages to get someone on the phone.

It was however a pain after weeks of calling in during my only breaks from the workday. I eventually stopped calling and left things along for a few months while dealing with life. I took my son the day before his birthday and rude doesn't begin to cover how he treated and belittled me. He was condescending when discussing sleep training and I felt attacked and judged when he asked why I wasn't brushing my 11 month olds 2 teeth in the middle of the night after nursing.

Well for one thing.no one ever told me to! And of course.there is the shots matter. He really needs to work on his bedside manner to say the least. He really hurt me and I can't wait to find someone new. I feel sorry for the other moms that have left an appointment feeling bad about themselves. Update: Dr. Stickney reached out to me regarding the experience which is MAJOR.

While I can't retract my previous feelings (nor was I asked to in anyway), I do appreciate him doing that. It was big of him to apologize for making me feel that way. He says that he certainly did not intend to do that. While I believe it's best to move on, I feel much better about things and will cherish the good times. It unfortunate because I had the same pediatrician from birth to 18 and I wanted that for my kids too.

We love Gwinnett Peds! A friend recommended GPAM before our son was born, and it's the only place we have ever taken him. We have seen several of the physicians at the Lawrenceville location and we have genuinely loved them all. Dr. Stickney, Dr. Kazi, and Dr. Faroqui are all amazingly kind and generous with their time. The front office staff always greet us with a smile and are super helpful.

The nurses are sweet, caring, and patient. It's obvious the entire staff genuinely cares about the kids they see. Also- the new later hours are AWESOME for busy working parents. :

Dr. Stickney has been my daughter's pediatrician, nearly for two years. The doctor has been extremely patient and resolved all concerns related to your baby's health. The hospital staff are really pleasing and help you accommodate an appointment for your baby with ease both during general and sick appointments. 24*7 call answering staff are really polite and make sure your contacted by nurse during sick days! As I have shifted I am moving my baby to different pediatric doctor. Thank you Dr. Stickney and entire team for helping us all these days.

Perfect pediatric office and staff A lot of times you can find a decent doctor but the office staff is terrible - totally not the case with GPAM! From beginning to end our experience is always the same - easy and perfect! Dr. K truly cares and is so knowledgeable. We love GPAM!

I've been taking my kids to the Lawrenceville office since 2013. I can say that Dr. Stickney is a very helpful and patient doctor. However, the scheduling staff, Peggy, I must say is very condescending. I missed my daughter's 6month checkup and she immediately changed her tone and became very short with me. However, the advice nurses are amazing when you need some quick advice. They need to find better administrative workers.

We have been going to Dr Smiley for 3 years and absolutely love her! She always makes my son comfortable. She is very patient and personable. She promised him a special present if he made a certain milestone he was struggling with. He made it and she honored her promise by sending him a gift in the mail. He was beyond excited! Also the staff at the sugar hill office is very nice and we've never had to wait long. My son is excited about going the doctor.

My kids love coming to Gwinnett Peds. My first daughter has been with them for 12 years. From the front office staff, to the nursing staff, to the docs, they deliver top notch care. The doctors are all well trained and really care. We go to the Duluth office and like to stick with the same docs. They always take time with my kids and never seems to be in a rush to get us out. It's a small office (despite the large practice) so it feels really warm there.

The phone advice nurses are awesome and a great resource. I'm also happy that they have Saturday hours in Lawrenceville- it really helps to have them available on the weekend to avoid having to go to urgent care. We've had to go for X-rays when my daughter was sick and it was so convenient that GMC was so close so we didn't have to go far to get results right away.

Took my child in for a sick appointment and was scheduled with Dr. Jackson. She isn't our primary pediatrician but the only one with openings (red flag). To start off she has terrible bedside manor. Didn't make much eye contact or interact with my child. She was very direct and did not seem to have much compassion. The most concerning part was that she vocalized to me, a client, that she didn't see her nurse practitioner as a "provider" and that she was the only one watching over everything.

I am sure the hard working nurse practitioners would be so offended if they knew this. I definitely don't plan on see Dr. Jackson again and will probably get better care with any of the nurse practitioners! I am giving her a 2 star because she was available to see my child but needs to work on compassion for children and parents.
