My wifes prescription has been ready at Walgreens pending doctor approval for 4 days.4 days of this facility not answering phone calls, emails, or responding to voicemails. For an office that deals with life threatening conditions like type 1 diabetes, to go silent when a patient needs insulin to live is despicable.

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that the desk person was nice. Extremely invalidating staff. The NP just alluded all of my health problems over the past seven years due to the fact that I am now technically overweight, which has only happened in the past year, which is why I'm here in the first place. Even though I have documented a timeline of all of my symptoms and have family history of both thyroid problems AND diabetes.

She didn't listen to me, patronized me in the most humiliating ways, and basically blamed my symptoms on my "hormones" but in a 1950's misogynist doctor way. There was no effort or sympathy to help me find solutions even though I blatantly asked multiple times. Pretty much relapsed me on my eating disorder the way she audibly cringed at what I ate the few days before my appointment (of my obsessive counting of calories/food choices, because of the way my body is reacting to god knows what, trying to keep the unexplained weight gain, ONE OF MY SYMPTOMS, under control). If you are at the end of your road and need answers, don't come here.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place before going and they had me a little nervous. But I had my appointment with Katherine Lippert and I thought she was great. She took the time to explain things to me in a way that most doctors don't do today. And I thought her approach to my condition was very straightforward.

Been vaccinated for over a month. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional about the mask and swore that I was wrong about the mandate. Basically called me a liar for telling them the rules has changed. Instead of kindly asking to put on a mask. In short the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Will be looking for a new doctor.

Well I can honestly say that I never met Dr. Hancock. I've always seen the nurse practioner. Which I'm not a fan of. This office seem non caring about their patients well being. I had two instances with refills to the point that I was without med for one week at one time and 2 weeks the next time. None of this was my fault. The office does not know how to write patients prescriptions correctly.

I eventually had to go to my primary care provider. Who was able to write my prescription correctly and I received it thru mail order the next day. I spoke with the office at least 5 times over a 2 week period. And still no resolution. I decided to request a new doctor that actually cared. I will never go back to this doctor's office again.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST LOOK ELSEWHERE! I have been seeing Dr. Lloyd Hancock for diabetes and endocrinology for about 5 years now. All has been well until recently, my last visit I decided that I no longer wanted to be seen by him because I waited almost an hour for him to show for my ultrasound appointment that was at 9am that morning.

I had overheard from the receptionist that he hadn't made it in yet and as I sit there waiting on him I just decided enough is enough, before my husband and I got married I had asked about not taking one of the prescriptions that they had me taking when we decided to start trying for children because Dr. Holt, that I had been seeing at the time told me if my child was a boy it could cause birth defects (she later decided to leave for whatever reason) the new NP proceeded to tell me that she didn't know that I would need to check with my OB about that.

Just a lot of things added up that I was tired of seeing him, along with bad reviews on google and such, one saying that a person decided to leave them and later found out by an endo at MMC that she didn't have nodules on her thyroid that Dr. Hancock said that she had because of old equipment. Also, when I tried setting up an appointment with MMC the receptionist there said not to let him know that I won't be back that he would sometimes not refill prescriptions (little did I know I already had, thankful for Shauna Samuel at McMinnville Medical Associates) Anyways to get to my story, today my mom receives a call from someone trying to contact me, so she forwards me the number and I ask who it was, Radius Global Solutions I have no clue who this is so I call them.

This is a collection agency, trying to collect on a $883 dollar bill that is in my name. I said from when? March 6th 2020 for my labs with DR. HANCOCK! He did not file my labs with my insurance because I told him I wasn't coming back so now I have an $883.00 bill in my name. Mind you, I have NEVER had to pay him for labs in my entire time being a patient with him. So, those of you that go to him for anything watch your back! I will be receiving a bill from Radius Global Solutions and filing it with BCBS myself and NEVER step foot in his office ever again.

I have to see a doctor for my thyroid issues and now my borderline diabetes. I'm so glad I found Dr Hancock. He and his staff are very excellent at what they do and they are very kind. They put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. The doctor, PA's and nurses are thorough never rushed. They make sure I understand test results, medications given and want to answer all my questions.

I really appreciate the great staff. So if you're looking for a great endocrinologist or diabetes doctor LOOK NO FURTHER Dr Hancock is the place to go. I'm sure you'll be glad you did.
