The care, the medical expertise and the patient experience here are excellent. I have complete trust in Dr. Kovack. He replaced both of my shoulders with outstanding results. He inspires confidence. I trust him implicitly. I also trust his recommendations for physical therapy - my results were terrific. Dr. Kovak and his staff also - magically - run on schedule!

The practice's staff is unfailingly helpful and warm - they listen attentively and do everything they can to accommodate what is needed. I recommend this practice to everyone with orthopedic issues.

The office staff, from front desk personal, X-Ray, nursing and Dr Kovack were very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait at all. I had a clear concise diagnosis with a surgical plan all in one visit. Dr Kovack explained what I needed to fix my long standing history of shoulder pain. I am confident I made the right choice and I am looking forward to having my shoulder finally fixed.

Dr Gowda performed my wrist surgery after a recent fall where I also broke several other bones including both of my heels heels. As a result I only had my left (non dominant, of course) hand available to put any weight on. Dr gowda worked with my to add a device to my right arm which would allow some use of my right hand while it heeled. This was a big help and was a very last minute ask.

I really appreciate the flexibility even going right into surgery. I also have been to his office only once so far. It was my first outing after my discharge from the hospital and am very new to using the wheelchair to get around. The staff in the office were so helpful. They basically jumped up when they saw me coming through the door and helped me with every step, from checking in to checking out. I have been very impressed by everyone in this office.

This was the best consultative experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr. Nappi was exceptional with his knowledge, history and information, incredibly personal in his delivery and very very thorough in explaining my options. He covered EVERYTHING. He also provided some excellent additional resources to research about the disease. The amount of time he spent with me was amazing - I believe it was close to 40 minutes.

And I honestly felt as if I was his only patient in the world - and even provided his personal contact information. I was given his undivided attention from beginning to end. I can't say enough about my visit. It was just that incredible. If I could give more stars, I would.

Great staff. Friendly and efficient. I give 2 stars due to billing. I paid a $380 deductible and was led to believe that was the only out-of-pocket I would have. Fast forward I get a $267 bill from the surgery center. I called my insurance, and they explaind that part of my deductible should have covered that cost as well. Turns out Hand and Microsurgery kept the whole deductible and dispersed it for my therapy sessions. I would have much rather paid $20 once or twice a week, than $267 all at one time.
