I had Another Great Annual Vision Health Check Up at Hawks Prairie Vision Clinic. They are very Professional and Efficient and touched all the bases in providing me with a complete Annual Eye Exam that I was concerned about. They also take the extra time to verify insurance coverage so that I received the maximum coverage benefit and lowest out of pocket expenses for updated lenses and frames. I highly recommend them to provide anyone interested in receiving this type of health care service.

Had a great appointment today with Dr Aron Piranio. I have been a patient of his mother, but since she's retired, they have connected me with her son. Aron. Dr Aron and his staff had made me really comfortable. They had listened to me about my concerns and really helped me out. Thank you very much.

Everything about my appointment was well done - from scheduling through the visit. The entire staff was wonderful - thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Everything ran on time and like clockwork. Each person I came in contact with was pleasant and genuinely welcoming, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Michelle Durham! She has a fantastic way about her and made the whole visit as easy as possible despite her needing to give me less than great news. 5 stars all around, can't recommend highly enough

I have been going to a another optometrist for years and recently decided to go to a clinic closer to my home wow what an experience everything was efficient quick pleasant clean can't say good enough things from the front office staff to the selection of glasses etc. everything was perfect thank you Dr. Durham and your staff

My 16 year old son has been seen by this office since he was 2. The doctor now is the son of the original doc. They are wonderful people! They were so patient and amazing when my son was a baby and are still patient and amazing now. If you have a baby/toddler who may need glasses these are absolutely the people for you. If I'm being honest, I will say the receptionist is a bit starchy, but don't be detoured, because the doctor is the best in town. We will be patients there as long as they are around. We're already 14 years strong!

I called the clinic for an appointment to get an eye exam and purchase glasses days before i lose $2,000 on my flexible spending account. Taking my situation into consideration they got me in the very next day. The entire group of staff members delivered such a great experience. The receptionists are very friendly and professional. My 3 daughters were served hot chocolate while we waited and the high level of customer service continued throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Hawks prairie vision clinic as they have been the best eye care facility i have ever attended.

Simply put, I love this office. Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely helpful. Dr. Aron is always great to have a chat with, I never feel like I am being pushed out the door to make room for the next person. In a time where integrity and true hard work is tough to come by, this place always goes above and beyond. My favorite part is the same faces are always there to greet my wife and I. Must be a great place to work, keep it up guys! We really appreciate you.

Dr Durham is the best. Funny, down to earth. Knows the Biz. Straight shooter good or bad. Highly recommend. I was not paid for this promotion.

This was my first time. First eye doctor appointment since I've been in Olympia (3yrs). They were all very friendly and welcoming. The student doctor I had was very pleasant and professional, as the main doctor was who did the final check up. I will not have any hesitation going back there again.

I've gone to Hawk's Prairie Vision for 14 years for my vision heath, and although there has been changing staff through the years, it had discovered and applied the merits of creating the confidence that their patients had for their medical staff and their assisting staff. Today that confidence has increased with the years, as have the attitudes and demeanors of the assisting staff.

The front desk folks are always kind, calm and helpful in addressing the people standing before them and those who are on the telephone. When I walk through the door of the clinic, I know that I'm valued as a patient and as a person. I'm always told the truth of my situation by my doctor, as well as encouraged and given a positive message. I can feel free to ask any question or express an opinion, knowing that they will be answered and honored. The entire staff is skilled and excellent in their practice of those skills. In addition to all of their skills, they exhibit a happy sense of humor.
