Especially appreciate the holistic approach and the time taken to listen - and hear - context and make room for discussion around plan of care. My experience with APRN Rebecca McClain has been fantastic!

The staff are so friendly and caring. The explanations and directions are clear and in simple terms. Dr. Bailey is very knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn't rush you through the appointment. His nurse practitioner is the same in her caring.

Hands down the most caring staff I have ever met in a medical facility. They took the time to understand my issues and concerns and I never felt rushed like I have at other places. The staff is friendly and welcoming and take the time to get to know you as a person as well as a patient. I really can't say enough good things and I have been encouraging others to take advantage of their annual wellness plan. It's an incredible value.

Great experience and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My previous doctor was impossible to get a hold of and very difficult scheduling appointments. I feel more confident about my treatment plan now than ever before.

Dr. Emily Barker is amazing. She's very caring and has been so helpful to me and my health concerns. She's caught things other doctors haven't as well. She not only knows what she's doing but she also care very much about her patients, she's a rare doctor these days. That being said, I had her at 5 stars but she disappeared with zero warnings, and with zero explanation as to why from that office why she's no longer there.anything would have been better than nothing. So I'm not happy with this office for this and for several other reasons and I'll write another review as to why! -Cristina Testa Trotter

Missed my appointment ( I realize that's my fault) but they said they rescheduled me the next day. I was completely unaware of the rescheduling. No phone call. No email. No text. So when I missed the appointment I was unaware of, they refused to see me. Quite honestly, if these are the piss poor communication skills associated with this office, I'm glad I won't be a patient of theirs. I will gladly give my money to another doctor. Not to mention, 200 bucks is a bit steep for a first visit. Probably turned out for the best. For me that is.

Doctor Bailey and his staff were awesome and spent plenty of time with me, they answered all my questions. I was not rushed in and rushed out the door. They were punctual, no more sitting in waiting rooms for 2 hours. Thankful I did all the testing for the most precise physical I have ever had and this was my wake up call. I was in bad health, already feeling better. I have already referred friends to him.

Awful patient experience. I've been disappointed for years with communication, but the doctors were great. Today I went to walk-in hours (as usual) to get a prescription refilled, and they've closed the entire Tremont practice! No notification, blamed the former doctor for not notifying me. Oh, and they can't see me at the other building because that's a membership practice only. Obviously they don't want me as a patient. Feel very sorry for people needing a PCP or prescription refill - you're just out of luck.

Horrible experience. The girls at the front desk ask for my insurance card and tell me that my insurance will cover my blood work. Two weeks later I get a bill for $600. And I ask them did they submit this bill to my insurance company and their answer was we have no way of checking beforehand? Why did you tell me you checked beforehand and it was covered?

I know the patient and doctor can check beforehand, I just hand two other places check beforehand for a surgery I had to have done. Sloppy work at the work desk. It would have been nice if you just told me you were going to be lazy and not check it up front and been honest and I could have checked myself beforehand.
