This place is awful. They do not want to help you at all. My husband has tried multiple times to get seen here since the rest of our household goes here and they always say they'll call him back and they don't. I've been seeing a Dr there for the past 3 years and when I tried to call to make an appointment with her this morning for an injury to my foot they said that she wasn't there anymore and they wouldn't provide me with any information as to where she went.
So now my Primary care Dr is MIA. It was like pulling teeth to get any information out of the girl on the phone. She wasn't offering any help to get seen by a different doctor and just put me on hold.

I was Dr. Parman's patient for a year. In that time he treated me like I knew nothing & he knew better about my symptoms & body. Instead of helping me fix the problem, he rather let me stay on antibiotics for that year. When I changed insurances, we had medication issues. When he & the nurse refused to listen to the voicemail the insurance left me. I got upset & said " u guys won't listen to sh*t". Needless to say, I got fired by the dr. Best medical provider choice ever!

I don't understand the people giving bad reviews, I've been going here since I was little, since before they moved to the new building. My Doctor is Del Rey, he is an excellent doc and always has been for my whole entire family. He is funny and makes visits less stressful. All of the staff there has always been so friendly and helpful. They always get me in pretty quickly, usually next day if needed. I will never go anywhere else.

BE AWARE! Very snaughty people with no care in the world about their patients health or well being! All they care about is money and talking crazy to their patients! They enjoy kicking you when you are down and blowing you off and pushing you off onto other doctors instead of getting to the root of your health problems. Very displeased with these people and doctor.
