If I could give this place a 0, I would. I have been going Westover Heights Clinic for almost 10 years now and have received excellent care in the past. Their past doctors were super helpful, warm and caring. Sadly over the last year this has all changed. The Clinic has really high turnover and the office is very disorganized. Back in the fall they actually lost my blood work and never called to tell me, I had to keep calling and calling them until finally they admitted to not having it.

I have since tried to go in twice and see a new doctor but the receptionist keeps telling me different stories as to why the doctor wont see me. This place had a lot of potential but unfortunately its a complete disaster. If I was you- dont even waste your time here. There are a lot of other great Clinics out there and this is not one of them.

I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years. I am continually amazed by the care and attention each and every one of the providers pays to patients. It feels like the way health care should be - not an ecein-and-out easy fix, but a thoughtful compassionate conversation followed by medical care that I can really trust. The physicians are all incredibly knowledgeable in their field and are always referencing the most recent research and studies that are applicable to my health. I have sent tons of friends here and I hear the exact same sentiments in their reviews. I would recommend this clinic 100 times over.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Newton's for over a year now. The compassion and friendly nature of the entire staff at Westover Heights has been nothing short of superb! Dr. Newton always takes a significant amount of time with me, touching on not only the physiological aspects of staying healthy, but the mental and spiritual aspects as well. Convenient location, flexible appointments, friendly staff. You guys are all amazing.

This is my second year with Westover Heights Clinic. It is exactly what I was looking for in a GYN Clinic.actually it exceeds what I was looking for, especially with the wonderful way that Sheryl Horwitz greets and interacts with me. She feels like a life long friend who truly cares about me. I don't feel rushed or at all embarrassed to talk with her about anything and it seems like I can always get an appointment when needed.

I was also pleased to learn that there are primary care physicians at the clinic if I choose to switch or simply need to see someone sooner then my very busy and popular PCP at another clinic. I can't say enough about Westover and Sheryl!

I have been extremely happy with the customer service, level of professionalism and overall kindness of the staff. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and for someone who can get rather anxious in Dr. offices, I have always felt reassured and comforted by all staff members.

I have been living outside of Portland on and off for the past 4 years and always have my annual exams done here when I am home in Portland on vacation. I have never had trouble scheduling an appointment within a week of when I call and am often times fortunate enough to be seen sooner if its not simply an annual exam. Two thumbs up to Westover Heights Clinic!

I have been coming to Westover Heights for the past year after leaving Kaiser with my last job and couldn't be happier with the staff and level of care I have received! Appointments run on time, the reception staff and medical professionals are incredibly friendly and knowledgable. The clinic is warm, comfortable and makes coming to my appointments easy. I am new to coming to Westover Heights Clinic but it doesn't take long to be able to write a review. Not only are the staff members very welcoming and helpful but make things as easy as possible for their patients. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to Westover Heights Clinic simply because I know they would have a great experience. The waiting room is very comfortable and I also seem to get into my appoinments in a timely manner which is a plus! I was very pleased after the first time I came here and won't go anywhere else!

When walking into Westover Heights clinic you are greated with smiles and kindness. The atmosphere is all so inviting while you wait for your visit. There are many magazines to choose from, but with the wait not being more than a few minutes you wont have time to choose what one to read. The Medical assistant was kind, and very welcoming while taking the vitals that she needed, A MA is the first introduction to the doctor.

When I met the doctor, she was as caring and understanding, She listen to my concerns and addressed each of them. I didnt feel like I was being rushed or that I wasnt part of my care. Westover height clinic is not like any other clinic I have been to.

Westover Heights Clinic is by far the best doctor's office/clinic I have ever been to. I feel so completely comfortable when I call or come into the office - I honestly feel like I'm going to visit a friend. Because of this, I started using Westover for regular care visits instead of my previous Dr. I've been coming here for 2 years now and recommend them to friends all the time.

Equally important is the fact that they are extremely well informed and thus can educate me of up-to-date information for any medical questions I have. If only all doctor's offices were like Westover!

I had my first visit two months ago with Sheryl at Westover Heights Clinic. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at home. Sheryl made me feel important and not just a name on a chart. She took a lot of time talking to me and actually looked at me and not just at my chart or a computer screen. She was very thorough and I felt valued as a patient. I am so glad that I found Westover Heights Clinic!
