I have been with this medical practice for nearly 20 years. They have always taken very good care of me and my husband. I recently had a need for emergency eye surgey for a retinal tear that required a referral. The office staff organized everything for me within less than an hour so I could receive the surgical procedure the same afternoon. Thanks to their dedicated staff, a retinal specialist was able to save my eye.

I was referred to this office when my Dad moved into the State. They do not always answer their phone nor do they call back right away. I played phone tag with the working-from-home billing person. my question was simple, yet it took three phone calls to find out that they do not participate in ANY Medicare Advantage plans. Huh? A Geriatric doc that doesn't participate in Medicare Advantage plans? Yeah. I heard that right. I will never know how good the docs are, or not.

Entire staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Dobin, his P.A.s and nurses are all concise, thorough and make you feel very comfortable.

I am very saddened that Dr Dobin, who I have been seeing for well over 25 years, is no longer going to allow non-vacinated patients to be seen.

I give him a 3 because I love dr. Inzer, however I should give him a 1 for his recent emails. He is now requiring every patient who wants to come to his practice to have the covid vaccine or he will not see them, and is releasing any current patients by august that has not received the vaccine and will deny any health care help. So think about that before you try to go to his office. Forced to take a vaccine that, his staff has already received and if it really worked well then his staff should not be in harms way, but it must not really work if they have to force patients to get it so his staff doesn't get it? Political. I would post the email if I could but I don't find that option on here.

My elderly mother has been a patient at Dr. Dobin's office for years. We've always been happy with the staff and quality of medical treatments and advice.

I have been a patient at this practice for 11 years. I have seen Dr. Dobin as well as the now retired Dr. Hoeck and now also see the new nurse practitioner Angela Pierce. They are all wonderful. The staff at the office, the assistants, the nurses are all incredibly caring and professional. These folks answer emails with questions ( using the Elation system ) sometimes within hours. I was sad to see Dr. Hoeck go but Dr. Dobin and Angela ( as well as everyone else) at this practice will have me and my family as patients 4EVS.

Terrible customer service from anyone at the front desk staff. Horrible experience requesting the simplest medical assistance. Mary is absolutely rude and lacks professional phone etiquette found at the worst telemarketing office.

This is the worst practice ever! Dr Dobin claims to be a geriatric doctor. He is rude, nasty and has done nothing to help my 81 year old mother who is blind. We were trying to get her long term care and he acted childish and nasty when trying to fill out the paperwork, refused to see my mom for a follow-up visit after a hospital stay cause he was double booked when his NP called out.

Mind you they never called to reschedule and getting my mother, who can't walk 10 steps, out is a challenge in itself. He left us sitting there for over 30 minutes telling us nothing and thinking we were waiting on paperwork and only cause we asked did they tell us they faced it to who knows where. This was t the 1st time he has treated my mother horribly! Please do your research before picking this doctor!

Sadly, Dr Hoeck is retiring at the end of January 2018. I have not met this replacement- a physician's assistant. The office staff is very nice and helpful.

Dr. Hoeck is patient and takes the time necessary to listen and explain. I never feel rushed and always leave the office feeling like I accomplished what I came for (not I feeling I've had with every doctor I've visited). I have recommended Dr. Hoeck to my family and friends.
