My experiences here have always been extremely satisfying.very little waiting time. systematic. assistance.from start to finish.timely. pleasant faces. soothing voices.concern and care. Kayum.

I recently took my family members there for procedures they needed and I have to say that Yolanda was exceptional in her customer service. From the moment we arrived, she set them at ease, something not too easy for family who do not like medical procedures. My family appreciates her and how she treated us. She had the same customer service with others, which is quite rare these days. We thank her so much.

I called to get a price on two MRIs and they quoted me $60 for each, I was blown away and confirmed and they reiterated and assured me that that price was the same for each body region with or without contrast. I went to get a prescription for the MRIs and called to schedule the exams and they said the price was $450. I corrected them and they argued with me, saying that they probably mistaken the price for the $50 x-ray, which was not the case.

I told them the date and time of the call in my phone record, and they asked me to describe the person and said that nobody at the office fit that description, and refused to check the schedule; it's a small office, probably only a few other people answering phones there. I asked to speak with the manager and was directed to their voicemail and left a message.

The manager called me back and argued with me saying they can't do an MRI for that price, and reiterated what the other person said, they probably mistaken me for an x-ray. I told them that wasn't correct and they should go back and check their phone recordings to see what I'm trying to tell them. They assured me that there were going to investigate and call me back.

I received a phone call from a third person, from the same number claiming to be the first person I spoke with, which sounded a little different to be honest. they tried arguing and changed the price again saying it was $650. I reported this facility to the federal Trade commission, this is complete fraud and immoral to be lying about prices for medical treatment and diagnosis to people suffering physical pain and diseases such as cancer. On top of this, now I have to go pay more cash and spend time suffering with my disease to get another referral.

If you want to waste your time with unprofessional people, go here. If not, stay away like the plague. First, they confused my pelvic mri for a brain mri, last year cancelled my appt because the machine broke, today they cancelled because the doctor is sick, hilarious! The governing agencies should take them out of practice, should not be in business.

I just got a MRI at Homestead Diagnostic Center and I really like it! NO WAIT AT ALL! My appointment was at 9:00am and I got there at 8:20am. I wait maybe 12 minutes and they call me to the exam's area. I wait there like 10 minutes and I was having my test and 20 minutes the most I was out the office. I really dont know if maybe was that I had appointment and also my job paid for everything and maybe thats why I got out so fast!

I honestly cant say names cause I didnt see name batches but they were all very nice and the MRI lady she was very sweet! I think the manager at the end ask me if I was ok, I said yes and she told me ENJOY YOUR DAY . Very pleasant experience!

They take walk ins. It is much faster if you make an appointment. I went in and got my procedure done. I did not wait long. Everyone who work there are very friendly and professional.

I had a wonderful experience even though I was feeling very medically sick and with my busy world I have to take the time to express my experience a week ago with Homestead Diagnostic Center. I was privileged to meet an employee there by the name of Yolly who took care of me like if I was her family. This is the first time I have been treated with so much care and compassion.

She made my time there convenient and effectively. Yolly is very sweet and professional. She is an asset to this company. My observation at my time there is the Yolly had everything under control making sure it was a pleasant time with every patient. Needless to say, I had an excellent, professional and caring experience at Homestead Diagnostic!

Stay away from this ugly place. Extremely unprofessional employees. Only talked to my mother in Spanish. She waited almost 2 hours even though she had an appointment. After having checked in, completed the form and waited that long, we complained and the employee looked at her and asked: Did you have an appointment? She knew very well that we had been there for almost two hours, because she saw us there right in front of her. And there weren't even many patients there. As to employees, yes there were many, but useless.

If possible they wouldn't get NO STARS! This place is by far THEE most worse place EVER! They are very unprofessional and their X-ray tech needs to be fired! I had keep rescheduling my appointment to fit around their tech schedule several different times because every time they would schedule me they would call me the morning of to tell me "we have to reschedule because the tech isn't there"!

A bunch of bs because these people weren't even considerate enough to even give me a call a day or two before my appointment to tell me in advance that their horrible technician was not going to be there to give me a echocardiogram a test I've been needing but had to keep rescheduling for a entire month! I do not recommend going to this place at all their professionalism is at a ALL TIME LOW!

WOW I was really impressed with the service I received the girls at the front desk where helpful and professionals. the place was immaculately clean better impossible.the overall experience was great.
