Dr Yoon is fabulous. However the support team is terrible. My call always answered by the machine. They might return your call in two days as they promise, they might not even call back. My father's urgent appointment was canceled for no reason. When they call back. We always get three weeks appointment regardless your issue. Also, Germantown office is not good for wheelchairs patients. Entrance is on half way of the hill. That considers dangerous.

This office is terrible. The front office staff is lackluster, unprofessional and overall unpleasant. I was told I couldn't stay in the office or go back with my husband (due to Covid) but the next appointment that came in was able to have a support person go back with them. My husband has been experiencing severe inflammation of the veins as well as a minor blood clot.

He was hoping to get some answers as to why this might have happened but Dr. Yoon did not answer any of the questions that was asked by my husband. He left the appointment, with $122 down the drain and no answers as to any possibilities as to why this may have happened. Only that he can still work and another prescription for Eliquis. I understand that Dr Yoon couldn't tell my husband specifically why this issue occurred but surely he could have offered some causes of the particular issue.

He had also asked to receive a doctors note stating that he was cleared to go back to work. Of course, he left the office with no note, so I ended up having to call the office to ask for a return to work note that simply stated he had been seen in the office and was cleared to return to work as his employer required this upon return. When I spoke to Mary Bell on the phone and relayed this information, I was placed on a brief hold when another woman picked up, asking what the issue was and I had to repeat the entire thing over again.

Then she proceeds to tell me with attitude that she can only give a note stating that he had been seen and could return to work. DING DING DING DING! Great, bc that's exactly what I just asked for. They were rude and downright unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would. I've worked as front desk in a primary office and this is not how you treat patients you'd like to return. Seems like this practice is ONLY in this for the money and should preface the visits with "we don't care about you, your issue or your health, but we will charge you an arm and a leg to tell you nothing."

Had an excellent experience. Check in staff was friendly. Nure was awesome. Walked me through everything that was going to be done. Id come here more often but.the rockville location is closer for me. Actually felt very. Comfortable in their care.

So physicians and staff are congenial and professional enough, but don't pay until after your insurance pays. I am now fighting with a "vickie" from billing for reimbursement of $18.32. On April 12, 18 a "S. Lopez" at the front desk practically nailed my feet to the floor to collect my co-payment. When I explained to her my deductible was fulfilled and insurance will handle the services, she wasn't having it and became rude and condescending telling me, I would receive an overpayment check. Well, here we are 6-5 -18 Still waiting. Again, DO NOT PAY. I should have spoke to a Doctor and followed my intuition, but was distracted by my illness.8

You have to pay before any services are rendered. They do not bill you. Appointment was at 2pm, and did not get out of the office til 1:40pm and didn't even see a doctor, just a nurse.
