They were excellent. They were magnificent in getting everything ready to close in less than a week

Incompetent staff. Scheduled him for 3 appointments and they would cancel an hour before saying it wasn't approved by insurance even though they had to approve it prior to making the appointment. Since the staff doesn't know how to input insurance information correctly or follow up my babies development is being delayed further. They have his apparatus and he can't get it because the staff can't do their job correctly and they don't care about their patients. Also, I am the one that has to keep calling and following up because they don't have the respect to do that either. It's been over 3 months and still no progress. Go with another company that actually care about their patients and getting them the care they need as fast as possible.

My daughter was admitted there and she had a skin issue I request the doctors to let her stay but they did not help me. I will not recommend this place for babies

My nephew was born very prematurely and was at HSC for over a month recovering. The staff were very knowledgeable and took great care of him.

Courtney is the worst for speech. Very rude and unclean. She doesn't wash her hands and the table is so unsanitary. You will also get surprising bills in the mail from her sessions. It's shocking people treat others this way when there's the internet.

Avoid this place they will do anything for money. They kept me in the rehab (A brain injury patient) which they don't treat and know nothing about causing me more injury including disability now i have to live with it. They did the complete opposite of what a rehab is known for had to get out of there and get shifted to Children Hospital causing another brain surgery.

Great therapy but the Equipment clinic sucks. True definition of nickle and dime!

It's a great place for long term therapy n staff is great very welcoming lots of new equipment

Avoid this place at all cost. Didnt properly ventilate my daughter few years ago causing further brain injury then had staff cover it up.

It was a great experience for my Grandson and all of the family and friends. They provided us all with a full sense of comfort and peace of mind. Everything was covered.
