If I could give it 0 stars I would. For the last year now we have had many situations I see now that have just been brushed off as "nothing to be worried about". This last week was the last straw when we were told our daughters heart murmur was "nothing to be worried about" and we weren't referred to anyone to have it checked out. She had it as a baby and apparently that wasn't documented because we were told it wasn't there when she was a baby but it most definitely was. We had to pry to get anything out of the doctor this time and were told it wasn't a big deal this time. Do not recommend going here at all.

We've been coming here for over a year and not once have seen our Doctor. It's always a PA. Always ask to see her but she's either fully booked or not in the office. I called one day to see what time frame my son could take tynol and motrin. And was told 2 teaspoons every 4 hours for both! Then I said isnt thatbto much and she asked and was told 10ml every 4 hours for both.

Since he was almost 40 pounds. Ummm obviously they haven't read the back of the box and.time Frame is completely wrong. My son is 4! And 39 pounds. So be very careful of what they tell you. It's always a gamble of what's wrong with my son with them. Over it. Only thing this place had going for them is the staff is nice.

Since they have expanded the building the service has gone down hill. I've been taking my child for 9 years and the last year I've given them the benefit of the doubt. You could have amazing doctors but if our experience is terrible till we get in the treatment room it's not worth it. Unfortunately we won't be back and all the referrals over the years have said they have dealt with the same issues.

Very poor employer and customer service. Lies about firing staff to avoid paying unemployment benefits. Favoritism runs rampant as well as discrimination. Extremely poor training for staff. Office manager is a joke and NEVER there. Doctor shows complete disregard for patient concerns when patients call with an issue. Filing system in need of major update. The lies the Doctor and staff tell are never ending. I feel badly for patients that still go there and do not recommend.

Front desk staff is very rude, a simple PCP change turned my 8:30 am appointment into staying until 10am all because they weren't trying to help me at all, the two females up there just starred at me and gave me attitude. I work in the health care industry so I understand how important patient care is and they definitely do not care. I've been going here since my daughter was born, she is six now and we definitely won't be coming back.

Don't get me wrong, Dr Hudman is GREAT but her staff def needs help with their manners. When I asked to speak to the office manager I was told she wasn't even in the building, don't know what they have going on up there but I definitely won't be apart of it anymore

Avoid this clinic. We're new to the area and not only is the staff rude, but they are cheap. Not only do they offer no masks, what medical office doesn't at this point, but we have to go to the pharmacy to pick up our own medicine for a shot that is usually given in office. Not only that, they charged me again just to have it administered. Never have I been to a place like this.

And to add insult to injury, they don't bill. We have insurance btw, good insurance. The Dr was very nice and helpful, but everything else ruined it. She's the only reason there's 2 stars instead of 1. We're finding a new clinic.

We love Dr. Hudman and all of her PAs. The office staff always gets right to us and puts us in one of the amazing themed rooms! The office is always clean and is loved by my two kiddos. Dr. Hudman interacts with me and my kids and listens to all of my concerns. My kids love the nurses and staff. We always have a great experience at Azle Pediatrics.

I feel like you roll the dice on what kind of customer service you will receive from the front desk on any given day. They can be extremely helpful and friendly or just plain rude. I was optimistic we had found our new pediatrician, one we hadn't considered due to distance, but sadly I will not be returning. We just moved to the area and were looking for a pediatrician. (At this point we still are) We decided to try this practice because despite the multiple bad reviews on the office staff, it was the only pediatrician offering the covid vaccine for younger children.

The rest of the places listed on the COVID vaccine website where pharmacies, who when I called, were either not providing the vaccine for younger children or had no appointments. When I initially contacted Azel Pediatrics the interaction was very pleasant. They were polite, answered all my questions and got us scheduled right away. I was pleasantly surprised because of what I had read online seemed to be far from the truth.

At our first scheduled appointment we came in for the first shot and although there was a wait, I didn't mind because I was distracted by the new patient information forms I needed to fill out which always takes forever and I arrived early knowing this would be the case. Around her appointment time they took her back and after a small wait she received her shot with her vaccine card.

We waited the time they suggested to make sure there was no reaction and headed to the front as instructed to schedule her next dose. It is important to note I know how forgetful I can be sometimes so I texted my husband the day of the first shot when I made her second appointment so I wouldn't forget the day or time. I also added the appointment to my calendar so I would get a reminder the day of.

The day of what I thought would be the second appointment arrived and I hadn't heard anything from the doctors office which I found strange so I called them to verify I had the correct time. To my surprise, the person on the other end of the line told me I didn't have an appointment scheduled for the day or at all in regards to a second shot because I never stopped on the way out to schedule.

I distinctly remember stopping because I had to awkwardly wait for the person at the front to get off the phone before I could talk to her. Anyways, as so many other reviews have said the person on the phone was rude and unapologetic, blaming me for some one else's mistake. So I asked to schedule a new appointment as she still needed her second dose.

She said they had an appointment available at 11 that day so I rearranged my day to make it work. The original one I thought had been scheduled was later in the day at 3:30. I asked if it would take long since this wasn't the time I had planned and was informed that because a provider isn't needed to issue the shots it should be quick. I arrived TWO minutes after 11 because I missed a turn but could've arrived 20 minutes later as I wasn't taken back till after 11:30.

Multiple people who arrived to the office after me were taken back. At the 30 minute mark, I finally went up to ask how much longer it would be and was told in an annoyed manner that they were just really busy and only had four providers so they would get me back when they got me back. We eventually made it to the back and it took less then 10 minutes from walking to the back to receiving the shot and leaving.

Only pleasant experience I had this visit was the person who gave me the doctors note at the end of the visit. I understand mistakes happen and sometimes it gets busy and it honestly wouldn't have been such a big deal to me if they had at least been nice about it instead of telling me I didn't do something I know I did or giving me attitude when I ask for an estimate on how much longer it would be before being seen. I felt like me asking 30 minutes AFTER a supposedly scheduled appointment time is acceptable but was met with an annoyed response.

I gave them 2 stars because Dr. Hudman is the ONLY good thing about this place. She's a wonderful doctor but you have to survive the office staff to get to her. The women up front aren't the best. Either they hate their job and that's why their so horrible at it or they just don't know what they're doing. I really used to love coming here. It used to be overall a pleasant visit. Not anymore. I really hope since there is so many bad reviews about the staff that something will change. Fingers crossed but not holding my breath.
