We offer a variety of health care, laboratory, and financial option resources that are affordable. We want to see our community healthy and happy. Medical and Dental Providers on the health care team are ready to accept new patients and coordinate primary and preventive medical and dental care for everyone in the family.
The Hyndman Area Health Center believes in Patient First Service. At each of our three facilities we work with patients to help them to achieve their health care goals. Call us at (814) 842-3206 to become a new patient today or to schedule an appointment. You will be connected to one of our Patient Service Representatives who will be happy to assist you.
A sliding fee is offered for those who qualify. Based on your family size and income, you may qualify for a discount of 60 to 90 percent of fees charged for medical services, 30 to 50 percent on covered dental services and 25 to 35 percent on laboratory services. Some minimal charges to the patient apply at each visit.
