Phone tree is virtually useless. I am not able to contact anyone here. Good luck trying to make or change an appointment. Don't waste your time on the phone you will have to drive to the office to speak to someone.

Worst doctor ever had. My husband went to this place because of a prostate issue he has had for over 7 months he saw One of the doctors who listened to the issue did nothing no test, no physical exam no medication absolutely nothing but collect his money. After he told this doctor he wanted his current endocrinologist to keep handling is hormone therapy he got up and started walking out and did nothing to solve the issue he came in for. Staff was very nice but this is the worst doctor he has ever been to wish google had negative stars

Staff was incredibly kind to me but Dr. Kuo was not. Made me feel incredibly stupid for asking questions about a kit I was sent to find out the source of my kidney stones. I am on the spectrum and sometimes do not understand instructions very well and all she did was scrunch up her face at me and say "well we have plenty of older people doing the kit, it's not even that hard, you can. figure it out." She said it just like that so I had to ask one of the staff who just happens to have the same name as me. Tess was very kind and explained to me without making me feel inferior.

I am editing my review based on my most recent experience. The front check in staff were not friendly and could not get in touch with their own billing department. They said they would not allow me to be seen without paying them over $1,000! Right then and there. No payment plans, no deposits. They weren't even willing to let me go to my appointment while they got in touch with their billing department.

I will be finding a new urologist, not because of the doctor. she is just fine. but I will not deal with their office staff and management again. This is A very large medical facility. There are many doctors at this location. I have found that check in goes pretty quickly here. They do require your payment or co-pays at the time of your visit. They are equipped to do regular office visits as well as procedures at this location. The doctor and nurse that I see are friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place if your are looking for a urologist.

IUI handled my vasectomy quickly, conveniently, and with not much discomfort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the doctor (Dr. Williams) clearly knows exactly what he's doing.

Absolute worst care I have ever received from a physician, completely forgetting things they are being said, completely adjusting care plan, and not taking pt input/feedback into care being provided. Not to mention the lack of professionalism in the comments being made directly to me and comments behind closed doors, when they think you cannot hear. I will be seeking care elsewhere, and i will inform other potential patients to do the same.

The experience was good. I have been a patient there for a number of years and the only complaint is that you have to wait a long time past your appointment time to see your doctor. This is unfortunately the case at most all medical clinics so I cannot really be unhappy about it. I was a patient with Dr. Cline but he has retired so I now see Dr. Williams and he seems very competent in my limited experience with him.

I feel so grateful that I have a chance to meet Dr. Fairfax. She is a very knowledgeable and caring person. Under her professional guidance, I have confidence that my health will be well taken care of. Thank you for the medical staffs excellent service too.
