Very professional environment. Everyone was efficient and to the point. The support staff and technicians made quick work of their tasks. My optometrist saw an irregularity in my retina and suggested I as a specialist. She called Illinois Retina Assoc. and got me an appointment immediately. I was greeted warmly and the front efficiently and quickly checked me in. It was a short wait before I was seen by a tech who was also very courteous and pleasant. Dr. Flood and his team were very thorough and explained what was happening without being complicated and allowed me time to ask questions. I never felt rushed or hurried because they had other patients to see. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. McCumber, along with his assistant, were quick and professional. He explained my issues to me in a way that made sense and answered all my questions. He performed the laser surgery needed to fix my retinal hole quickly and was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I felt like I was in good hands. Talking to other patients in the waiting room, I could tell they felt the same. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing a retinal specialist.
