It is a REALLY BAD PRACTICE to not set up payment arrangements just because people cannot make a payment that day. Who wants to call back and try when you get blown off like that? Most people need to set up payments around their pay days. When you call in good faith to set up an arrangement and they turn you down, that is very bad business. No decent healthcare company would ever do that. Just plain greedy.

The billing department appears to be running some kind of scam. I received a bill from them for a procedure done at my doctor's office, the bill was for the full price of the procedure. After making several unsucessful attempts at contacting them I called my doctor's office, they told me that the several other patients had the same issue, ARA was not billing our insurance, which receives a discounted rate, instead they are billing the patients directly in hopes of getting the full payment.
