Never been one to willingly go to the dentist but the staff and Dr's here make me feel so at ease! If I could give 10 stars I would, they feel like family and are very professional. If you are nervous about seeing the dentist you will feel great here. They are the complete opposite of judgemental and are very skilled in their work! They genuinely care about your well being here. Cannot recommend them enough!

After reading the great reviews I booked an appointment. First off the staff were busy and not very polite. Finally got in to see the dentist she must thought I was a child; I am over 60. I had to listen to a lengthy talk about the proper way to care for teeth, repeatedly, and then while I waited for the assistant to verify, I could go, I again had to sit through a show and tell with a plastic set of teeth.
I kept nodding a repeating I understand, and she did not listen. Last of all they were to call me the next 2 days to discuss total cost and 2 weeks later nothing. P finally decided to go to another dentist,

Best dental place around! Like many people I am not a fan of the dentist (like I'll wait until I'm dying to go in) but this place is amazing! Dr. Soto and Dr. Gutierrez are amazing, very knowledgeable and great at walking you through what treatments you need or would be best for you. Their expertise and work is impeccable. The front office staff is amazing as well, always greeting you by name and walking you through the billing aspect of everything. This dental office takes the time to build relationships with their patients, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was so embarrassed and humiliated going to the dentist because of the way my teeth look! I've been a patient here for nearly ten years and I send everyone and anyone to Dr. Soto and Dr. Gutierrez. This is hands down the best dental office in the greater Sacramento area and the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Jasmine at the front desk is an insurance wizard and will make sure you get the best deal every time.

I was dreading going to a new dentist after my long term dentist had a stroke and closed practice. But, I didn't need to worry because this husband/wife practice are wonderful! Very clean, modern setting put me to ease. The lovely backyard was relaxing too. The whole office is welcoming, professional and the work I had done was with all the latest technology. It didn't hurt to watch a funny movie while getting a crown! I really do highly recommend this practice.

The service was fine when I was there. When I left, they told me that they would send me the x-rays to provide to the oral surgeon that day. The next day rolled around for my surgery and they never arrived. When I called they said they would send them. 30 minutes go by and the surgeon needed the photos. They told me that they "were too busy right now" and that they would send them later in the day.
Now I'm out of $175 dollars out pocket for an unnecessary x-ray. Don't expect this company to lift a finger for you the moment you step out of their office, even if they promise they will.

I met Dr. Soto and Dr. Gutierrez in 2012. I have to say they are simply the best and this of course includes their staff! I recently visited Dr. Soto for 4 root canals and 4 porcelain crowns. Wow! I'm amazed at the difference in my smile and am very happy! Both doctors and the entire staff are wonderful and they do such an amazing job as a team. If you want quality work from the best I suggest you give them a call and set up a visit. Truly thankful, Jose

I had a great experience with iSmile Dental Spa. The receptionist Jasmine is very friendly, explained what to expect, and she sent me a text reminder update for my appointment. The whole office staff is friendly and Covid conscious. I went in for a chipped tooth but the dentist explained I also needed a crown for another tooth and night guard. All procedures were done in the same day and much easier than anticipated. I will be staying with this practice for future dental needs.

ISmile Dental has been my dental spa for a few years and they always are able to take care of my family and I. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I also had my braces done here and they have helped me get through it very well by giving me tips on what I can do to help the process as well as keep my mouth from getting hurt. I'm glad to have this group as my dentists.

Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing! The office is clean and comfortable. I have had more than my fair share of horrible dental experiences. From the moment I called with tooth pain they were kind and patient. They got me right in, and we're able to get the treatment I needed the following day. I interacted with everyone from the front desk, to the RDAs, to both dentists.
They gave me all the time I needed. They explained everything clearly. They made the whole experience not horrible. That's saying a lot for me. I am happy I found them, and will be going back for all future work. I highly recommend them.

Awesome freindly staff and dentist. Affordable and works with you on scheduling and payments due. I have trigeminal neuralgia and he is sensitive and knowledgeable to my special dental needs and pain during and after procdures. Everything is always done with precision. Top quaility equipment/tech in office.

First off let me say I have never liked going to the Dentist always have had bad experiences until now, Dr. Soto is awesome very gentle and kind. I had to have two fillings and a crown and had no pain during the visit in fact I watched a Disney program on the TV. The staff also are very caring and help full. So if in the past you have had a bad experience at the Dentist TRY ISMILE DENTAL SPA you won't be sorry.

I’m fairly certain I just found my true dentists office. Everyone there was extremely courteous and welcoming. I’m hard on myself when I’m disappointed about check ups and what not and the hygenist/dental assistant did her absolute best to retain a positive mood through the entire appointment! I’d absolutely recommend this office to anyone! I’ve even grabbed some business cards to hand out to colleagues at work!
