The KDMC Foundation was founded with a purpose. That purpose was to support our hospital and clinics by giving financial support to projects that are crucial to our patients and employees. Doctor basically mansplained my illness to me (an illness i've had before and he was aware i had/have it). I had also heard the doctor telling the nurses he was going to show them how to do a procedure that the nurses are not allowed to do. Said procedure was for me and is still bothering me, I honestly dont think the doctor knew what he was doing.
The overnight nurses did not pay attention to me as i had to shout for about 5 minutes for someone to come help me so i could go to the bathroom. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Will not be going back unless absolutely necessary.

My wife and son and I have been sitting in the waiting room for over three hours already and she is extreme pain. Just had a hysterectomy last week and came in today hurting severely to the point of being in and out of consciousness and extreme weakness and recieved a text that she was exposed during surgery to COVID after we got here today and they just have us sitting in a waiting room full of people and haven't called anyone back since I've been sitting here

I have been here a time before and they had me waiting so long in the room. Nobody ever picked up my urine sample or anything. I had gestational diabetes and my sugar was dropping and I had already informed them about it but did they take the time to check my sugar? NO! I am back again today and I had a C-section on May 25th and they have concerns about there being infection in my stomach. I've been here waiting on a Ambulance for over 12 hours. I just wanna get home to my baby .

Just now a lady called looking for my husband, and I ask who is calling, and the lady has an attitude saying he needs to talk to my husband for a survey. Giving me an attitude on the phone is not already a good costumer service. Even when I brought my husband in the emergency (king's daughter medical center) the guards are not nice either.
