Dr. Marc Sirota is Dr. Lippman's surgical associate. They have worked together in the operating room for more than thirty years. Dr. Sirota is a graduate of The Bronx High School of Science, Rensselear Polytechnic Institute, and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai. He completed his residency in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Dealing with any eye care professionals has always been challenging for me. I am highly myopic, and had dense cataracts in both eyes. Dr. Lippman extracted them with ultra medical professionalism. In addition, he decreased my stigmatism to where I only require opticals for distance. Mind you, I have been wearing eyewear for over 50 plus years. His staff is quite remarkable, and I supremely recommend his expertise to any individual seeking to ascertain the highest level of eye sight.

Perfection! Everything was easy, pleasant, professional and of the highest quality. From booking the appointment, to my first visit and the staff's pleasant efficient manner, to Dr Lippman's compassion, brilliance and ability to take the time to really hear and attend to all of my concerns. He even consulted with a specialist before deciding on the course of treatment.

Terrible customer service. They released an incomplete prescription to one of the patients, who came to our optical to have his prescription filled. When we tried to contact their office the receptionist and the tech were not accommodating and were very rude. They asked our optometrist to examine their patient for proper Rx (even though he was just seen by their doctor). The tech caught an attitude when our doctor spoke to her over the phone. Poor level of customer service and bad people's skills.
