Staff was friendly. Dr. Wax was great and made me feel at ease.

The pain in my shoulder has reduced greatly. I can now sleep through the night. The PT 's are friendly and engage with you. They will answer your questions and concerns so you can understand what to expect out of this positive experience.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Place was very clean, I was spoken to very nicely. Everyone was smiling all the time.

The Doctors here were trustworthy with good communication skills. Their surgery skills are excellent. Dr. Clark and his staff took very good care of me!

This was a referral from a co- worker. The place is very dirty"not up to Covid-19 standards " the people working are rude and unprofessional. People on crutches and the receptionist don't open doors, Doesn't meet ADA requirements no automatic doors to facility. Worst place I've been too since Houston

Dr. Wax and his team is second to no one. The physical therapist team is excellent, appointment time, and cleanliness of the office is perfect.

I had total right hip replacement surgery on January 11, 2021. I interviewed 4 different doctors before choosing Dr. Clark. The surgical staff at West Jefferson was caring and confident. Dr. Clark and his assistant, John Kessler performed my surgery. I am out of that horrible pain I was living with for over 5 years and well on my way to recovery. Dr. Clark and John Kessler are skilled and performed my surgery.

I have had zero complications and am following a path of healing after my life was affected for so long. I recommend them and want to let people know that the they are very skilled at what they do. Thank you so much for relieving my pain and for helping me to get my life back!

I have been meany times to see Dr. Bostick. He has a great bedside manner very Thorough and listens very well. He did a RouterCalifornia Surgery on my shoulder last year he was great a answered all my questions very well told what to expect how long I would down and all. I find his staff up front very nice and very good always very nice. His staff in the back the same very nice and friendly.

His PA is straight to the point and tells like it is I like her very much. The whole office is great people. Right now the lady who dose the referrals her and both or fighting my Insurance company to my pain man get approved she is great and very nice to talk to. So I have no problems with this office.

Love them so much! Wax did a great surgery on my hand and the therapy staff are so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't have gone anywhere else!

Dr Ted took awesome care of my Grandson Landon. Only trust Dr Ted. He is amazing with adults but super amazing with kids!

Rude staff in front and back office. Go somewhere else where you're welcomed and they care about healing your injuries.

Dr Bostick is an awsome Orthopedic he listens to your needs and address the promblem follow appointments are great and a timely manner the office staff is outstanding I would reccommend him anytime

This is going to be one of my shorter reviews. There's not a whole lot I can say other than these people are great! I love everyone at this clinic. Dr. Wax did my hand surgery and did a great job. He and the nurses are super informative. They are very helpful and answer everything I need answers to. The one missing star comes from the fact that I always have to wait over an hour passed my appt. time before being called to the back. It's a small price to pay to have a doctor and nurses you love.
