Dr. Seals was the best doctor while I was pregnant. He made sure I understood everything and he had the best personality and helped me not stress being a first time mom and being young. The receptionist was so lovely as well and so we're his nurses. I thank everyone who helped me get through labor and up to that point.

Dr. Kellenberger has the worst staff around. Rude, obnoxious and they don't return calls or fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Hope has no idea how to interract with patients and pretends she's the doctor. I would rather go to the veterinary clinic than have to speak to those idiots again

This is not a good place to work for. My former co workers bullied me, and lied about me to the department manager to get me fired. I was new in this particular department, and I did a great job at what I did according to other employees and the girls resented it because I was a fast good learner. I was bullied by the department manager and a couple of girls, and made me felt like I didn't belong there and hurt me mentally and emotionally, so I asked to be transferred elsewhere and nothing was done about it. I complained and it wasn't addresses appropriately causing me to be fired for no reason. I was there when they needed me and they wrongfully let me go.

If you are needing a mammogram, I highly recommend you go some place else. The person that does them is the most uncaring and cold person I have ever met. For someone doing that job she was not friendly or even nice! I truly felt I was annoying her by being there. And after reading the report from my mammogram I would 100% not back to her. My report stated that I DENIED any family history. like I was lying to her. And because I was FAT or her word my HABITUS body prevented her from getting a good reading! So very rude und unfeeling! Find yourself a true CARING professional!

I had a top-knotch experience with everyone I talked to or came in contact with in person at this facility. I did not go to the ER, but from the moment I walked through the door I was immediately tended to and asked if I'd like a wheel chair. I'll spare the details of my reason for the visit, but Dr. Larry Seals, DO, his nurse and the receptionists were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I never felt like they were rushing through patients. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office, hospital, etc.

Don't try and call to talk to anyone, you will get a run around, I just want to see how my dad is doing since no one is allowed in the building due to covid, but I can't even get anyone on the phone.

There is a reason why this place gets poor reviews. Brought my daughter here to the ER for ear pain. The ER room had part of a doctor's tool on the floor and it just looked dirty. The nurse asked a couple questions and doctor came in. He diagnosed it as out ear infection. He basically took his glove off and was out the room when he made this diagnosis. No concern or communication. The lady who got insurance were tie die tee shirt and had gauges in her ears. Wow.

This place is horrible. Helped a relative take their mother there who had heart trouble and was having difficulty breathing and losing consciousness. Emergency entrance doors were locked and it took great difficulty to summon needed help. Staff was very rude to the relative who took his mother there. Another time the hospital claimed my father had x rays he needed to pay for when in fact he had never had any.

We asked to look at the x rays they claimed were his, they showed us them and there was no way they were his for they failed to show an implanted medical device he had had for years.

I had a horrible experience at the labor and delivery. I only had 2 good nurses who actually showed they cared. If my husband wasn't there i would of been left in a bloody mess. I didn't get breakfast my 2nd day there and my lunch was cold. A Nurse also told me after i explained my experience with her that my husband should of stayed and took care of me then! I hope I NEVER have to go back there and I DO NOT recommend this hospital to ANYONE! I had other things go on as well but why waist my time explaining it.

Honest incident! Was home on weekend and I was trying to kill a bug on the ceiling. I failed to realize I was raising up into a ceiling fan that was going at near full speed. It woke me up big time. I knew I'd been whacked hard. Immediately, I started seeing blood on my hand from touching the area. I grabbed a paper towel to try and stop the bleeding and it scared me because at first it didn't seem to want to stop.

I went thru a couple of towels and headed for the car to drive to the ER at the local hospital here in Nevada. I don't do well when I see blood, especially my own. I was taken in to a room and a nurse came in. She gave me a wet rag to try and clean up what blood I could see on myself. I had been hit on the back of the head. She cleaned up the wound and I waited for a doctor.

A bit later a doctor named Naveen Penmasta came in. He asked me if I was on blood thinners or blood pressure medicine. I am 66 and only take an aspirin once in a while. I said I wasn't fond of western medicine. He commented, "You live long life." I found that interesting to ponder on. He said, "The question you must have is do we have to staple?" I was praying and my prayer was answered.

He said I had a "skin tear" and that it was nasty but would heal. He left and it was like a 4 minute visit. The nurse came back in and bandaged it up with a gauze bandage. I got home an discovered I had a blood streak from the wound down to the base of my neck. Why did she not clean that? It was hard for me to imagine someone ignoring such an easy thing to do.

They made me take a Tetanus shot. Now, the bill. I have insurance but that's not the point. Total charges were $1,121.50. What! Can't be. I looked at the charges and the doc is $442. Wish I had a gimmick to spend 4 minutes with someone and charge them a bill like that. No, I couldn't sleep at night knowing I'd done that to someone.

This is what's wrong in our medical world today. Ridiculous charges. We still have to have a discussion about two items I see here on the bill. One i understand. It is $59 for vaccine administration. I take it that is the Tetanus shot. I was given no other medication other than an antiseptic on my wound to clean it. They show a pharmacy charge of $237.50.

Now that one's got me. Will be interesting to see what that is about. Surely the tetanus medicine isn't that---something tells me it is. The emergency room charge is $383. For what? Going home with a blood streak down my head. They asked for a $100 deposit that night I was there. They now are billing me for $261.83 after insurance. Well, I am glad I came out all right but the "aftershock" of this bill is very unsettling.

I just wanted to share my experience. It was overall very disturbing when you see how a facility can reach in your pockets as deep as they feel like it, when your in trouble and in need of attention. Very discouraging!

When an ER doctor gives you a choice of what you want him to treat you for instead of actually putting the effort in to finding out the correct action to take you have a problem. And the sad part is most of these doctors are getting a major incentive for coming here because they are Freeman Doctors.
