The receptionist took my card information while scheduling an appointment and told me that they take BCBS. This is for their benefit not yours! They do not call to see if you are in-network, they do not mention anything when you check-in about it possibly not being covered, they also do not mention they will be sending all moles to be examined for an additional $300. I spent 5 minutes with this doctor and he charged me $736.18! They also do not take payments. Awful experience and terribly rude staff. Don't waste your money!

Dr Jensen is thorough but efficient. Kind and very skilled. Always a wonderful experience with his staff as well! Thankful for him as my dermatologist!

I always have had a good experience with this office. Not a long wait time. Very pleasant staff. My provider is Kirk Stephens. He is very attentive, very pleasant. Answers all the questions I have. I am extremely pleased with this office and personnel overall.

Dr Jensen and his staff are great to work with. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Jensen has found my skin cancer early and got it treated right away.

Kirk Stephens PA is absolutely wonderful - he listens well and has a great knowledge of medication's and treatments. Besides everyone there just seems friendly knowledgeable kind and excellent. The nurse Heather was fun to talk to and seemed intelligent and knowledgeable, just like the doctor. Overall I don't think you could ask for a better medical experience. I got the help and the prescriptions that I needed as well as some reassurance I feel better - I look better im so grateful

Kirk Stephens has been seeing me for several years. I am immunocompromised after a transplant. It is critical I try to avoid skin cancer. Kirk is thorough, knowledgeable, and effective in examining me and guiding me. He is very personable. I highly recommend him!

Office staff is so pleasant and helpful. And I love the amazing bedside manor that Kirk Stephens has not to mention his expertise! I would highly recommend treatment at this office.

Dr. Jensen was lazy, and had absolutely no bedside manner. He wasn't sympathetic to what I was going through and didn't care about my journey. He ended up just throwing random medications at me to get me out of his office. He lied to me about what treatment options I had. I was treated like a number, not a person. I will NEVER go back to this dermatologist. I got a second opinion from Vanessa Gonzales at Brian Williams Dermotalogy and she changed my life. Definitely recommend her if you want to be seen, and heard.

I have some mild face cancer. I came here because I strongly dislike going to derm clinics where the physician is attempting to prescribe me all sorts of creams and salves for conditions I am not concerned about. Dr. Jensen introduced himself, got to business, told me what I needed to know, froze my face off and prescribed just the one thing I needed.

He was straight forward, genuine, and kind. His nurses were not shallow or superficial. They were empathetic and chatted with me about everyday life. I felt like I was at a real doctors office and not a beauty salon or Bath and Bodyworks.

I travel 40 minutes to this office because I always get good care. The staff and Dr. Jensen are professional and friendly. I have had basal cell, squamous cell and melanoma skin cancers over the past 10 years and have been treated quickly. I was referred to Huntsman Center immediately when the melanoma was uncovered after visits to two other dermatologists saying I had a cyst. I highly recommend this dermatology office.

My dermatologist for over 35 years recently retired and sent my records to Dr. Jensen. After my first visit, I understand why. Great experience with office staff making the appointment; they contacted me several times with reminders and check-in information. They were great with billing and ordering prescriptions. I only waited a minute in the waiting room after filling out paperwork and in the examination room after changing into a soft cotton gown. Dr. Jensen's assistant (nurse?) Cindy was so friendly and answered my questions. Dr. Jensen was kind and professional. He was concerned with my overall health. The office was easy to find and there were plenty of parking spaces in the lot.

Love it. I was in & out! Couldn't have asked for a better service from this lump on my neck. Which i gave it a name, "Tumor." Well see if the Dr and Tumor handle each other on the follow up.

Beyond impressed with Dr. Jensen and his staff. I went in for a simple task and waited 10 minutes (tops!) for a new patient visit. That included paperwork at the front desk. Front desk was super friendly and efficient. The appointment took no more than 15 minutes and Dr. Jensen was incredibly professional, but still in touch with you personally as the patient he's caring for. I was super impressed with this visit and look forward to going back.

Keri is the best! She is so compassionate and caring! She is a great listener and truly cares about her patients.

I've gone to this office for a few years. I routinely wait over an hour for an appointment. The staff is courteous but not warm. I'm sad to say, I've given it enough tries. They don't seem concerned with patients and their time.

Dr. Jensen is a great dermatologist. Whenever I go in he always has a friendly countenance and doesn't seem too rushed or stressed out. He is keen to ask me questions about my interests and what is going on in my life, which is hard to come by with doctors these days. About a year ago, I needed a bunch of records and paperwork filled out by him for the military so I called his office to request it around 5 pm.

He had personally compiled the paperwork and signed all of the necessary forms by the next morning for me to pick up. Not only is he personable and helpful, he has great clinical skills as well and I always feel confident I am getting the best care.

Keri Holyoak is amazing! Not only did she fix my skin problems, but she explained to me why I was breaking out according to where I was breaking out on my face! I didn't even know that was a thing. She is kind and intelligent. I refer all of my friends to her and they have all had amazing results. Vote for Keri!
