Dr. DeLucia is very thorough. His examinations, requests for testing, and explanations are detailed. He takes time with every patient that needs it. Therefore, if you are required to wait, just know that when it is your turn, you also will get outstanding care.

I can't say enough about this office. Excellent staff, excellent doctors. I have been coming here for many years now and I have always gotten exceptional care. They are always accommodating no matter what the circumstances, very thorough and they genuinely care about you. Thanks so much for taking such great care of me.

I'm an extremely disappointed in this office. I was formerly a patient there for nearly 20 years. I was let go as a patient when I questioned their lack of response on a very important matter. If you're not in a hurry to be seen or get your medication on time, this is the office for you. Crystal would rather let patients go instead of addressing the problems of their poorly run office.

If you have hours to spare for a simple check up, this is the office for you! I realize the world is understaffed but at least admit you have no one to answer important voicemails if that's the only way patients can contact you. Since it won't let me respond to the offices response, i will add that their app is not user friendly and I was never instructed to check the app or how to use it. Again, crustal is diverting the responsibility because it took THREE days to get a response.

It was not timely, AT ALL. And I did call my insurance to dispute the charge to which they indicated the office used incorrect ICD10 codes. I escalated the situation because I was in dire need of the medication. Their lack of care for that situation speaks to the poor leadership of the officep

Dr. Harris is the best doctor I've ever been to. She really listens and is extremely comforting and caring. She also followed up a day later to make sure all was well. I can't say enough great things.

Will never go back. Problems with a really bad upper respiratory problem(I was having a hard time breathing)and no medication was given. Was told ride it out. It's so sad that they don't want to help. Well I got more medicine (elsewhere)and I'm feeling 50% better. They just want people to end up in the hospital and die!

Before moving to Florida, we saw a doctor for our health care needs. It's a new normal to see a nurse practitioner, but we are very happy with the care and time we receive from Brandi. Her nurse, Mike, and the entire staff are helpful and cheerful. We know we can see the doctor if needed, but in the meantime, we are very satisfied with the care we receive at Jupiter Family Healthcare.

I have been a patient of Dr. Delucia's for about 12 years. I feel I get the attention I should get from a primary care physician. I never feel rushed, he always answers my questions. He encourages me to stay healthy and mentions it wouldn't hurt to loss a pound or 25 . He is correct about that.just need to get motivated!.Highly recommend this practice. Also Sterling Hall is a great Nurse Practitioner!

I have been going to Brandi Bivens for a few years not and can say she is the BEST ever! She listens to my concerns and cares about my wellbeing. I really appreciate how she takes her time and is not quick to prescribe me something. Her Medical Assistant Michael is always great too, personable and caring. The front office is always so friendly and I have never had a bad experience. I personally think they are one of the best medical offices in the area!

I have been a pt. of Sterling Hall for several years and even though the last couple times I had a pretty long wait for him to get to see me, he is worth the wait. He is knowledgeable and calm, and (though his handwriting is deplorable, ) he always answers my questions thoroughly and makes recommendations that help keep my mind and body as healthy as possible.

The office staff always answers the phone, and returns calls promptly and professionally, which is NOT something many other doctors' offices do in south Florida, unfortunately. As long as he's practicing and I'm living in FL, he will be my practitioner of choice.

Dr. Harris is amazing! She has tons of personality, is engaging, very skilled and detailed. I am delighted to be a new patient of hers for many years to come. She is also board certified and everything you want your doctor to be. She is patient and listens and asks questions and does not rush you. She is truly interested in your healthy well being. Jupiter family healthcare is always such a good experience for a doctors office. I love Brandi and her personality. She always remembers facts and information about me that I mention about my life unrelated to health. All the staff there are helpful and care

I have been a patient at Jupiter Healthcare for several years. They provide my healthcare and allergy shots. I have always had a positive experience there as they are understanding and considerate. The office is well-run and I do not usually have to wait very long before seeing my provider. They have helped me reach my health goals. Another very positive note about this practice is they have a doctor who is stationed at Jupiter Hospital which helped me a lot when I was admitted previously.

I love Jupiter Family Healthcare! I have been going there since 2018 and everyone is so nice and attentive. I see Melanie and I love her. I felt as though she really cared about me and took time to talk and explain many things! Everyone at this office is very nice!
