Great experience. Went in for a knee injury. The front desk staff are great with answering questions on the phone. The front desk & waiting area is spotless they wiped everything down while I was there including the walls near Chairs. They are all friendly as well LGTBQIA+ friendly I go by my true name instead of legal name & everyone was affirming & respectful.

I truly felt safe. They allowed me to bring someone in the back with me which was great sense I have vision loss. They also took time to get my medication & medical history throughly. The doctor & APRN called me by my true name & had compassion during the exam. They also explained the plan. The X-ray tech was amazing with minimal movement of injury as well as extremely respectful of asking pregnancy xray form information as it did not apply to my chosen name that made me feel safe & cared for.

The doctor brought in a ice pack personally while I waited for xray. The X-ray tech brought me a wheelchair due to my injured knee & vision loss so I was safe & comfortable. The X-ray result xray was quick & helpful. The doctor explained the results as well as brought two different braces for my knee to talk about ' offered me the option to choose then personally wheeled me to the front door & sent me with a MRI script. I am grateful for the compassionate & skilled care. I will definitely come back.

Would say this place wasn't that bad at all. I mean staff was nice and patient with my child. However the PA they have on staff doesn't know much about ear infections. Specially of a child who has one in the ear with a tube in place. Should of prescribed my child ear drops. But she said they wouldn't work for the start of a inner ear infection. Which is completely wrong.

Don't need a medical degree to know that. Specially in a child with chronic ear infections. Sure an oral antibiotic works but when he has tubes using ear drops would be a better options. Luckily my wonderful ENT was able to call the prescription in for me and I was able to get ear drops from them. Sucks I wasted time at an urgent care for that though.

Came here for a COVID test and for my husband to be retested. The way the front desk guy asks WHY you want to be tested is really.odd and almost contemptuous. You'd think we were asking for free stuff or favors. He said they wouldn't retest my husband (who tested positive two weeks ago) because they don't do retests. THEY WILL NOT DO A COVID TEST UNLESS THEY DO A FULL EXAMINATION. BE WARNED: YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A FULL EXAM TO BE TESTED HERE.

I was fine with this, but the front desk non-doctor told me that the test can show positive for up to 3 months. I said fine initially but we wanted to be cleared - my husband for work and me so I can see my parents again who are high risk. Since they wouldn't retest my husband and I wouldn't be able to be retested to confirm I no longer had COVID, we decided to just leave and go elsewhere.

The interesting thing is that their website mentions antibody tests and COVID testing services with no mention of refusing to do retests. I have money. I would have paid out of pocket if our insurance didn't cover something for whatever reason. They refused to retest my husband, so we didn't even get the opportunity to offer to pay. Pretty terrible. You'd think the front desk staff were doctors or nurses judging by the authority and expertise with which they speak. I would go literally anywhere else in the future.

It depends on who is working the front desk, but I've had enough bad experiences with the front desk that I won't be going back. Yesterday, I went in for a walk in covid test. Easy, right? Wrong. Was told I'd be charged $199 and it was up to me to get my insurance to reimburse it. Mind you, I've had multiple walk in covid tests at this same location over the past year, no issue, insurance pays 100%. Receptionist couldn't comprehend this and insisted I be charged and it was my responsibility to charge my insurance company. I left and had a free test done at Walgreens. I'm done with this place.

I had a great experience there today. The front desk staff were courteous and professional. I waited less than an hour, even though it was a busy day, with all chairs in the waiting room occupied. The PA that I saw was nice, compassionate and knowledgeable.

I have been to this clinic many times over the past several years for the flu, sinus infections, and Covid testing. The staff has always been kind, attentive and thorough. They have also followed up the next day to see how I am feeling. They are better then some of the internists I've seen over the years. I highly recommend them.

Pretty obvious why this facility has such a bad rating. The staff are disgusting, they treat patients with contempt. Go to JFK emergency there is never a wait and the staff are kind and compassionate. Today Monday January 3rd, 2022, I experienced a medical emergency in the evening at 7:30 pm. I phoned the Urgent Care Jupiter Medical Center in advance, located in Abacoa at 5430 Military Trail Suite 64 Jupiter, FL 33458.

I asked if I could come in urgently for care. The woman who answered said she wasn't sure, however as there were 2 patients ahead. I said I would come in and try and she said ok. I arrived 5 min later, as I live right there next to the facility. I arrived at 7:40 and the door was locked. They opened the door after I knocked several times, I was told by a woman who identified herself as Myrna Cooper, that they all wanted to leave by 8:00 and refused to take me.

She continued to say that they were closed and not accepting patients. I begged for someone to help me and told her that I was the one who had called in advance and she said no, that they had worked a 12 hour day and they couldn't accept anyone. I asked to speak to the Dr. and they said that they already asked her and she also said no, they would not admit me.

I asked for the Dr.'s name and Myrna Cooper said that the Physicians Assistant's name who refused me also was Briana Minich, PA-C. I begged to speak to her and they said I could not and closed the door. I then called again and spoke to the woman who continued to identify herself as Myrna Cooper. I was very polite and my husband was next to me, we watched through the window as she began laughing at me through the glass as we were on the phone.

My husband took a short video her while she berated me and humiliated me. It was clear as she was standing behind her computer monitor however he face was completely exposed. Not once did I raise my voice to her. She hung up on me. I called once more and spoke to Angelo who said that it was unacceptable that the front desk attendant Myrna was laughing. Finally, after Angelo apologized he put me on the phone with Briana Minich, PA-C who still didn't apologize for Myrna's bad behavior, in fact she denied it.

I will be posting this video on YouTube shortly @JupiterMedCtr The hours are listed everywhere as 8:00 closing time, five people behind me also were confused as to why they couldn't be seen. I cannot believe that the Medical Director Harry J. Romero, MD, FACEP would consider the way Myrna Cooper treated me as an acceptable treatment of patients. Jupiter Medical Center should be embarrassed to have this person on staff at the front desk representing this institution.

I will be making a formal complaint to the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and The Joint Commission Office of Quality and Patient Safety and Amit Rastogi, against both staff members and the institution.

Worst service ever! Incredibly rude, slow. Not compassionate, not empathetic, front desk girl is totally rude and quippy. Waited over 2 hours and that's after getting there right when the doors opened. Had 3 people before me be called and then several people who came after me get called. I asked what was going on and I get a roundabout answer that there are 3 rooms yet no one has an appointment time so why would anyone who came after get taken in before. Extremely horrible service

(It seems that my previous review was deleted). The front desk lady, ANNA, was really RUDE! She was scolding, raising her voice and yelling at me the moment I showed up. She was unhappy and rude right from the beginning. We are human beings, and all deserve to be treated with respect. I don't expect any rude behavior or bad customer service skill in a professional environment! Did this staff actually get well trained or have enough qualifications for this position?! The other staff were nice. But how could I have a great experience here when I was rudely greeted?!
