Dr. Laha is a specialist in the medical and surgical treatment of the foot. He has extensive training in reconstructive foot surgery and sports medicine of the lower extremity. He takes pride in providing quality, personal care for his patients. Dr. Laha is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
Dr. Jennifer Phillips is a Kansas City native. She completed her medical and surgical residency at the Medical Center of Independence. Her residency provided Dr. Phillips with specialized training in reconstructive foot surgery and diabetic foot care. Dr. Phillips has been with Kansas City Foot Specialists since 2004.

Not impressed! Took my son to have a simple hang nail removed. Dr Hall did not remove it & we were sent home. We were told he would need surgery in a hospital, that would cost a couple thousand dollars after insurance paid. I took my son to a primary care doctor, it was removed within 15 minutes & it cost me $25 copay.

I was out of town and in need of "emergency " foot care. I called and got a next day appointment. Dr. Hall treated me and was thorough and took time to answer questions and explain the problem. Staff was courteous, professional, and concerned. If this is how they treat a traveler imagine how good they must be with KC residents. The portal will allow me to share this visit with my personal physician.

My husband and I both see Dr. Hall and we are extremely happy. The office staff are great. They are friendly and do their best to take care of you. My husband had diabetes and get a foot check every 6 weeks. I had a bunion and bone spur and had surgery with a full recovery. I could not be happier how my surgery and treatment has gone. I highly recommend.

Dr. Laha is great! He takes the time to listen and then carefully explains the options. He is very down-to-earth and funny and so I felt comfortable telling him what my concerns were. He also has cool socks! I enjoyed visiting with the front-office staff who are very nice and his assistant, Kelly. Matt in X-ray is also very friendly. Overall, it was as enjoyable as can be, considering I had to have surgery.
When I called with concerns about my foot, post-operation, they got me in immediately. There was nothing major to worry about and so I was able to relax and get back to healing. I love to run and since he is also a runner, he is helping me set a plan in place so that I can hopefully be running again, soon. I highly recommend Dr. Laha and his team!

I have been exceptionally pleased with my experience at Kansas City Foot Specialists. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips, and the office of Kansas City Foot Specialists. My experience with Dr. Phillips performing surgery on my ankle, and the recovery afterwards, has been better than I anticipated. All of the staff that I had interaction with at the office provided excellent care as well.
