Only giving 2 stars because the front desk was nice. But as others have said, Dr Labib is not good at what he does. Tried telling me my symptoms don't make any sense. The fact he doesn't know what lingual and IAN damage even is, pretty embarrassing for him. Waste of time explaining my symptoms for him to just say, "I don't know" and shaking his head no.

Highly recommend you look elsewhere for a competent Dr. Also wanted to add how does this Dr have SO MANY terrible reviews and still working there? It is so frustrating to people who are suffering to be dismissed and invalidated.

I was referred to this office from Kaiser for a foot issue. I saw Dr Labib and after reading all the reviews about him, I was not expecting much. He was friendly enough to me, did a thorough assessment of everything. He did ask me to repeat myself several times as he wrote in a notebook. He acted as if he had never heard of my symptoms and then told me he didn't know what was wrong.

He ordered a nerve conduction test and that was it. My nerve conduction test got denied by Kaiser because I don't have enough of the correct symptoms to warrant one. Thankfully the girls here at this office called to let me know so I didn't go through with it. I would think Dr Labib would have known what qualifications are needed for a test. My other issue was that there was a big poster on the wall in my exam room from WebMD.

Everyone who has been through college, especially medical training, knows that WebMD is not a reliable source of information. Professors will not accept it as a source on papers. I was a bit shocked to see that hanging there and it made me question how reliable this office is. The girls at the front desk were kind and friendly and I have no complaints with them. I'm back to square one with my foot. I'll be seeing a podiatrist next.

The staff it's very efficient, but I don't have the same Opinion about Dr. Labib, He was very mean and rude with us, and the nurse who was helping him. He basically told my husband He was making up his pain. He is the specialist and He couldn't explain to my husband what was the reason of his pain. My husband has being experiencing depression and anxiety, because of the medicine. He took that against my husband, said He is just uncompetitive.

I gave 1 star only because of Dr. Labib. He is the worst Dr. He is rude, argumentative, doesn't answer your questions fully. When I gave him the reason why I wanted to switch my preventative migraine medication routine, he said that isn't a good enough reason. He then went on and on about how I was blaming my symptoms on a pill but my symptoms were probably linked to something else.

He said this and more while being irritated at me and raising his voice. Then I finally spoke up and he said" Do you want the medication change or not?" I do not recommend him at all. The other staff is very friendly and the wait time is very fast.

Dr. V. Ravi she is a great listener, has lots of information to share. She is compassionate and answers all our questions with great confidence. Dr Ravi goes thru all of your options for treatment and I didn't get any indication that she performs more tests than necessary. I have a follow up with her next month. I would highly recommend her as your neurologist. Additionally, her staff is exceptional group of professionals!

Unfortunately, Mr. Labib is not the type of doctor I would like to continue seeing. He is very rude and disrespectful. When asking questions, he flat out cuts you off and doesn't seem to care about patient concerns. On the other hand, The staff is wonderful! Totally respectful, caring and very helpful. Giving a two star rating for the loving staff.

Had our first appointment today and I was SO happy we went! I was skeptical cause of the reviews but I'm so glad we kept the appt. Dr. Wang took her time with us, was very thorough, and explained everything so well, and friendly you can tell she loves what she's doing. The staff was amazing also, organized and friendly like they also care as well, felt relieved after as it was concerning my daughter, nice to know she's going to the right place: THANK YOU you guys are awesome!

Please avoid going to this place. And if you must go, do not see Dr. Labib. He is the rudest doctor I have ever met. My wait time was actually not bad at all. He walked in and seem to be so frustrated and annoyed. He must really hate his job and his patients. He even makes facial expressions that show his frustration. I am very patient and I hate making a big deal out of things, but I was so close to walking out.

I don't understand why he won't just quit if he is that frustrated. I went because one side of my body has been slowly getting number and number. He did a basic assessment and told me it might just be anxiety. I was so glad when the visit was over.

It seems as though Dr. Labib is barely going through the motions. He doesn't even seem to be listening to what his patients are telling him. My wife recites a long list of symptoms and he just shrugs his shoulders, smiles and asks what she wants him to do. At the conclusion of the appointment he says "We'll see you in a few months to see if you are still doing OK" Nothing my wife has told him would lead the most simple minded individual to believe that she was OK! If you want to waste your time and watch your loved ones suffer, Labib is your man!
