Dr. Walter and his staff are exceptional. Dr. Walter took his time with me and took extra steps to explain my eye health, the plan to improve my vision, general eye health, and ensured a detailed accurate correction to the wrong contact lenses I'd been wearing for so long. No chain optometry place has ever done this for me which is why I was never fitted correctly and my eyes suffered for that.

Now with Dr. Walter, his staff, and the very advanced technology they have, I feel so incredibly well cared for, and I'm beginning to feel like a new person. I cannot recommend this practice enough! Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Walters for approximately 20 years. I retired moved to Polk county and kept my vision insurance so I could keep coming to Kings Way Eye Clinic. Every one is helpful and friendly. You get an excellent eye exam.

I've been a patient for years will not go anywhere else. I love King's Eye Clinic & Optical. Dr. Walters takes his time and explain everything. He is so kind and pleasant perfect example of a Great physician. All the staff is wonderful as well. May God continue Blessing Him and Staff!

I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service. I had a pair of glasses mailed to me when the covid lockdown started. I could never see out of them right, they made me dizzy and I only wore them about 4 times, even though I paid over $700 for them. I finally called to go in and have it dealt with. The solution for them was to charge me another $400 to get the lenses remade, because my prescription had changed.

So overall I'm going to pay over $1200 for a pair of glasses, because they were not made correctly the first time? I told them to mail them to me, as I am going to donate them and he said they would charge me the cost to mail them. I said fine, I will come pick them up. His response?, we aren't going to hold them forever. I am a disabled vet who is over 60 years old. What a disrespectful comment. I will never give them my business again. Out over $700 for nothing.

The doctor is so thorough and I appreciate this, he is kind all his staff are very polite. No chit-chat very professional with a smile, and when he is done he shakes your hand and bids me good day! Very nice

Dr. Walter is very professional and is dedicated to actually explaining procedures and results in a manner that each individual can understand. The office staff and paraprofessionals are all very caring. I would not hesitate making referrals to this practice.

Dr. Walker's staff were very attentive and helpful. Dr. Walker himself is very funny, sweet and educational. He showed me the images he took of my eyes and explained everything I was looking at clearly enough for me to understand. I'm glad I chose them for my eye exam.

Compared to previous eye doctors this doctor was very thorough during the appointment and the techs and staff were nice. They listen to my needs and even though I did not get my prescription yet I felt good knowing that he did not just send me home without trying to correct the problem first. They even take my medical insurance!

I love the service I receive when I go to Dr Walter's for my eye care. As soon as I enter the office I am greeted by a friendly and caring front office staff. Then I am greeted by the technicians who explain what every machine is used for and what to expect from each one. And lastly in come Dr Walter, who takes his time thoroughly reviewing and re-reviewing each exam and explaining what he is sees.
