Visiting from out of town and had a visual disturbance that concerned me. They got me in that same day which was already great. What really set the experience apart was the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. From Rhonda at the desk to Andi to Dr. Kirk himself everyone was great. I work with plenty of docs and Dr. Kirk really stands out as someone who took the time to unpack his findings and provide resources and advice on what had been a very stressful occurrence. Can't recommend these folks enough. Thanks for the quick help!

Absolute perfection, front to back. Helpful, sweet, reassuring and utterly competent staff; Complete confidence in delightful and edifying Dr Kirk. I understand both process and possibilities. I can only imagine how beautiful the world will look sans cataracts and astigmatism. I've been wearing coke bottle lenses since I was ten.

Had an excellent experience from Eye exam Technicians, Doctor and Opticians. Customer Service is fantastic and the Opticians are experts in finding, adjusting and advising on glasses. You won't find a better place!

I have been going to the Kirk Eye Center for 11 years now and i would not trust my eye care to anybody else. Both doctor Kirk and doctor Asay are excellent and really care about the health of my eyes and care for them accordingly. The office staff and technicians are very friendly and caring and i always feel very welcome when i go there.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an exam in April and then in October I received a bill for that exam, which they told me I wouldn't owe anything and that insurance would cover my exam. Six months after my appointment is when I received the bill, and when I asked why I got it do late, they said that they switched systems and my bill got lost.

The whole situation was ridiculous, and they had a hard time even explaining to me why I owed money. I don't usually write bad reviews for places, I just quit going to said places, but my experience here made me so mad that I wanted to warn other people before they picked Kirk Eye Center as their eye doctor.

I was taken care of from each staff worker/employee. I was visiting the Loveland, CO area and really needed a follow-up from some previous retinal issues. I am beyond grateful that I was able to be cared for by Dr. Kirk and Dr. Asay and the lovely tech - I am sad I can't remember her name, right now. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great experience. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. I came away feeling like my new glasses will be great with my new prescription.

Everyone was super friendly from check in to the overall visit. Stephanie was very good and answered a lot of questions I had. Ken doesn't remember who did the first part of his exam, but he was pleased as well. Andi was great as usual and Dr. Assay was really nice and friendly.

Everything about my visit was first class, including the friendly, competent staff, the very short wait to see the doctor, and the spacious, impressive facility, and Dr. Kirk won my trust at once and took the time to fully answer my questions. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Wonderful reception by Stevie who even laughed at my little joke. Excellent evaluation by Stephanie with whom I felt very comfortable. I appreciated the quick and thorough examination by Dr. Asay. My only complaint is the robo-voiced reminder I received a day or two before my appointment. I'd much prefer a less mechanical way of verifying a scheduled appointment.

Over many, many years Dr. Kirk and staff have provided a very caring expertise in eye care for which I am most thankful. I look forward to these annual check ups and have a deep trust and appreciation for this team of healthcare professionals.

Have been seeing Dr Kirk for four years now. He always gives practical advice and never pushes products off on clients simply to sell something. His employees are polite and helpful every step of the way.

The eye technicians were very helpful and professional. I didn't like being put in that small uncomfortable examination room. Not what my former experiences have been. My new doctor seemed rushed and impersonal. He quickly tested my eyes. Said that I might not be be able to wear contacts. Didn't offer a contact solution. Seemed unfamiliar with contact options. Rushed out and left me to have my questions and concerns answered by the technician.

Also when I made my appointment, no one advised me that my insurance for contacts or glasses wasn't effective until April 1. Overall, not the total care I am accustomed to. I miss Dr. Colvin.

I am giving Kirk Eye Center five stars because six or more are not available. The staff were professional and courteous. Dr Kirk was great and his work was superb. I started out up north in FOCO. Tried the eye center up there and was prepared to do business there. It all broke down on the pre op visit. After being kept waiting for thirty minutes past the appointment time and then being treated rudely, I decided to go elsewhere and ended up at Kirk Eye Center.

I could not have been more fortunate! Up in FOCO I was told that the deluxe lenses for cataract surgery would cost approximately $3200 per eye in addition to the regular fees. At Kirk Eye Center, I was informed that those lenses would be much less expensive - around $1000 per lens less. Upon being examined by Dr. Kirk, I was informed that I was not a good candidate for those lenses due to a condition on the back of my eyeball.

Guess they missed that up in FOCO. Never was I so disappointed at the prospect of saving thousands of dollars! However, after having the first eye done and getting 20/20 results I am THRILLED! The second eye appears to be just as good and I await confirmation at my final appointment. So, in summary, twenty extra minutes of driving from Fort Collins saved me around six thousand dollars and got me out of eyeglasses for the first time since elementary school. Coming down here would be a wise decision for anyone living north of Loveland.

When my vision started to fail due to cataracts I was scared. At 62 I have never had surgery or any significant medical care. Dr Kirk and his team are very professional and took the time to explain everything putting me at ease. Ultimately, I had lens transplants in both eyes. It was quite a process but the results are outstanding. My vision is better than I can remember my entire life.

What impressed me most is the discipline every person exhibited. They cross checked everything right down to putting a mark above my eye so they didn't fix the wrong one. When you are scared this is very reassuring. Everyone in this office was so kind and professional. Thank you for restoring my vision.

Kirk Eye Center is really amazing. This is the second patient I have taken there, and both felt extremely cared for and relaxed because they felt all the staff was so professional. Costs are amazing, both for service and prescriptions. My grandson had been to two other medical docs (not ophthalmologists) who gave him antibiotics, but neither visit produced any results. It's been just a few days, and his eye problem is already improving greatly. I would recommend this facility, its doctors and its staff to everyone.

Easy to get to location, beautiful building, professional and efficient staff! Dr. Kirk has excellent clinical skills and a desire to educate his patients! Kind and compassionate, would most definitively recommend!

My wife and I are fortunate to have discovered Kirk Eye Center when we moved to Loveland. I just had eye surgery and could not be more pleased by the results.
