He talked over my wife and treated her like complete garbage. He wouldn't listen to her at all and the problem wasn't solved.

Dr Klingensmith performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my daughter when she was 19. A fairly rough surgery to have done as an adult. Her recovery was uncomplicated and her compromised breathing and snoring improved 100%! I worked with Dr Klingensmith as a nurse and have always respected his ability. He treats his patients with respect and is very thorough in his care/treatment.

I wouldn't have let any other ENT surgeon operate on my child. In addition, my teenage son was experiencing frequent nose bleeds and one office visit with Dr Klingensmith fixed the issue. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and intelligent. I've always been happy with his treatment plan and outcome. No one in the office has ever been rude at all. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating when I stupidly had a hearing aid lodged deep in my ear and he removed it.

This was the worst experience with a medical professional I have ever been through. He was very rude no personality at all, would not listen to my concerns no eye contact what so ever. He is a disgrace to his specialty.

The most unprofessional physician experience ever! He was so bad my nursing staff filed a complaint against him with my insurance company. I thought the man was blind, he never opened his eyes to make eye contact with me. The absolute WORST physician experience I've ever had.

This guy is the worst. Removed a growth on tounge in the office. I'm allergic to aspirin and NSAIDs. Wouldnt prescribe anything. Told me it would feel as though I bit my toungue. Toungue was swollen to 3 times normal size, couldnt swallow and didnt return to normal size for 4 days. Lost days of work, couldnt eat, and then treats you like a disgruntled walmart shopper. Never again.

This was the most unprofessional and uneducated doctors office I have ever been to. Everyone was extremely rude and no one knew what they were doing or talking about. They broke HIPPA violations right in front of me. They spoke down to me and told me I shouldn't be there nor should I come back. I have worked at several doctors office's and not one thing about this office or staff was professional or done correctly.

I did not see Dr. Klingensmith personally, I saw his assistant and she needs to go back to school. I will never go back to this place, and I have told everyone I know what a horrible experience I had. I'm also contacting a social worker regarding the HIPPA violation. This office needs to be shut down and everyone working here needs to learn how to treat people correctly and professionally.
