Professional, courteous staff. Dr. Bowen took care of my ear issue quickly. I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I thought.

I have not been there before and they got me in so fast. Where I would have had to wait for 4 months to get in at the ENT that my doctor sent me to. I didn't mind diving a short distance to get seen sooner. It is not often that I feel like I am heard at a doctors apt. But everyone that works there was amazing and very caring. I like that we have a game plan to try to fix my issues. Thank you

Very rude and condescending to the patients treating them like children. I won't be coming back here. And it wasn't me it was someone else I heard them Treating them in a very unprofessional manner.

Dr. Hoekzema took the time to explain disease state and provided fair balance with his recommendations. I used to work for 2 different big Pharma companies and used to call on ENTs. I appreciate his honesty and patient bed side manner. He is by far my favorite.

Doctor himself was fine. But the staff were not! As I am sick, I sent my husband with my son to be seen. Waited literal hours for an appointment for my 4 year old. They were very rude when asked about the wait time ("we will get to you when we get to you")and multiple people who were waiting (who got there before and were still waiting) walked out. They asked us if we would like to follow up, not a chance!

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful and traumatizing experience. Didn't listen just told me he couldn't help and proceeded to tell me I work with chemicals. I absolutely do not work with them. I saw him twice for less than 12 minutes total time. Saw a different doctor and within minutes was taken care of. Would never recommend this "doctor"!

I was totally satisfied with my visit. The nurse I saw was efficient and friendly. The Doctor took his time talking to me, was very friendly and explained everything to me so that I understood. I would definitely recommend Do Bowen to others.

I arrived with a nose fracture appointment with Dr. Bowen. The visit was informative, very clean, quick and comfortable. But mostly I was relieved that Dr Bowen's office was able to fit me in last minute without having to burden anyone for transportation. 5 Stars!

Dr. Hoekzema is a great Dr. He is very patient and listened to all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and explained my results in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Belanger & Dr. Lomeo are AWESOME! Two of my kids see Dr. "B". He's so great with them. Takes care of any issues they have & explains things to me, as their parent, very clearly. I've seen Dr. Lomeo. He attempted to do a procedure, but when it was more complex than he thought, he went above & beyond to find the right provider he could. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" & I would highly recommend both of these doctors at Westshore ENT.
