So I was hesitant to visit this office as a new patient because of the low rating. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years and I know that you definitely want to check with your insurance to make sure the office is in network before visiting and also what testing is covered. So I'm almost positive those bad reviews were from patients that had no idea of any of that.
Now for my experience there was absolutely wonderful from the time I got there till the time I left. Paperwork was a breeze, I was pulled back at the time of my appointment, the nurse was wonderful and waited with my two kids as they tested me, and then the provider Jennifer was awesome! She took her time with me and was very patient with my 3 year old whom likes to speak a lot!
I recommend Lake ENT just double check with your insurance to make sure they are in network and what testing is covered. And as always you have a right to deny testing until you find out what your plan covers and at what cost.

Went there a year and 1/2 ago to find I had throat cancer, The doctor said all was doing well after radiation but it came back and rhe doctor had no compassion as to the state of my health or mind. He was arrogant and aloof. I ended up in emergency before I could get to appointment he set up for CAT scan and ended up having surgery to remove my voice box at another hospital. Dr Moak or anyone at his office never call to check on my status. They just don't care. Go elsewhere.

Horrible staff and practice. I called cause my daughter is 14 and crying in pain from a very severe ear infection. She has been an established patient since 2017. After telling me that they had no appointments available in any locations for more than 11 days - coya in the Leesburg office was very very rude and refused my request to leave my name and number to be contacted if there was a cancelation and told me I should just take her to an urgent care clinic.
A practice should always have unscheduled times for urgent needs of their patients and their staff should always exhibit compassion and care for the needs of the practices patients and be willing to help if they can. Apparently contacting a patient in need in the even of a cancellation so they can get medical attention they need is too much for this practice to do
