Pills pills and more pills. Doctors are not listening to the patients. No proper examination not even a physical only blood work. Answered questions the doctor asked listening to what they suggest. Asking for assistance regarding, well that's not the way we go about it. We wait until.

Lack of compassion is an understatement. I took my mother to the ER. Linda or Lindi front desk girl in the ER. On 1/24/2022 at 9:40am. Incredible rude and uncaring. Her tone and the way she acted like someone was asking her to many questions. Or didn't have time to explain anything. Was mind blowing. I asked my mother if I needed to take her somewhere else. Because if she can be rude with family I can only imagine how she is being taken care of being alone.

Went in for an infection. After a full work up the Doctor told me I had an infection but sent me home with medication that did not coincide. Not sure if they wanted my kidneys to fail but when I called to clarify medication prescribed I was told to come back and see another provider. So your provider makes a mistake and I have to rack up another bill. Horrible hospital system. Josh the ER charge nurse had no compassion about the situation just said well come back, we can fix anything over the phone. Clearly you can't fix anything in person either.

Matt and Cassie are super easy to work with and offer very friendly service. It's always a great experience when I work with them! Thanks for taking care of my insurance needs for my family!

I went in last night through the ER and had a horrible experience. I never plan to go back. The doctor was amazing but the nurses were horrendous. They had horrible attitudes and were mean about every little thing they did to me. They also would talk about patients and their medical information along with how they felt about them to other nurses. Very loudly in the bay.

I remember specifically one nurse laughing because of a patient having COVID after announcing it to another nurse. I was patronized and belittled during my test and questioning. A nurse rolled her eyes when I asked where they exit was.

Dr. Nadon is terrible, my daughter was delivered here and she has been gaining weight more slowly than they typically like to see however she is thriving and shows no signs of discomfort or being excessively fussy or any of the common symptoms of having metabolical issues. Despite this I still took her to have several tests done to ensure that there is nothing going on causing the slow weight gain, everything came back normal and when we came back from the hospital she was still trying to tell me something was wrong with my child when there very clearly wasn't.

She went as far as to tell me that her heart rate was high but she had taken it while I was in the middle of changing my daughters diaper ( so she was angry and moving her body around) as if She assumed I was to stupid to know the more you exert yourself the higher your heart rate is. She then proceeded to schedule appointments at children's mercy withought ever informing she was doing so in order to try and report me for missing an appointment.

The only way I found out was because children's mercy called me to tell me. I'm a first time mom trying my best to do everything right and she is taking advantage of that. This is all after she already lied to child services that I missed an appointment for my daughter but when the social worker tried to find the " appointment " that she claimed I had missed in children's mercy's system it didn't even exist there was no appointment or referral code. Be careful of this woman she clearly has some other agenda going on behind the scenes.

Huge waste of time. I am being made to apply for a discount card that I know I will qualify for. I have to take half a day off work and drive 25 minutes all the way out to the Lakewood campus. Arrived early. I followed the directions that they gave me in a link in a text that took me all the way to the opposite side of the building. There is zero signage regarding the financial center, you have to go in the family planning entrance.

After finding that out I then had to walk / run with a torn meniscus half a mile from parking up to very large flight of stairs to the door that I needed. The lady who did check me into the hospital was very nice. Then you have to walk all the way into the hospital to try and find the financial department with again, zero signage regarding the financial department and check in at a office that's not even part of the financial center. Overall a huge waste of time. I was 12 minutes late after this fiasco and they only allow you to be 8 minutes late so I was turned away.

The waits are extra long. Speciality clinics are clean and friendly. Appointments are always a long wait. One lady who draws blood is the gem in the rough. You find some good employees who make the rest worth it. The ER is always dead around 1am so you get extra care and no wait.

I'm not even sure I can give them one star. My daughter in law delivered there and her Dr is amazing! However, our little guy had a bad case of jaundice and we went back and forth for days at the pediatric clinic. He lost a few ounces and they treated her like she was a horrible mom, downgraded her and made her cry. They had me so worked up that I was in tears.

I couldn't ask for a better Momma for my grandson and I never get mad. This was awful. Not one time did they try to comfort her, try to explain that it's normal, all they did was tell her that if he doesn't gain weight they will admit him. Try helping a mom (a first time one at that) understand, help them get to the goal. she already called her family doctor to transfer him and I pray to god that they find better bedside manners. Thanks for making her feel like she isn't doing the best for her baby when she is following YOUR suggestions!

You can expect to wait AT LEAST an hour past your actual appointment time before you are even taken back to a room, much less see your doctor. It doesn't matter how early you show up. I should run (if you can - I couldn't when I first came to them for help - still can't) fast and far away from this group. I have only had experience with one surgeon who believes he is a hot shot and has zero time to listen to his patients who most likely know more about their own bodies than he learned in medical school.

He will rush through your appointment and you will barely be able to get a word in edgewise. He is literally one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered in my 13 years as a chronically ill patient. His "innovative" surgery failed and I can still barely walk. My hip needs to be replaced. He can't even remember my medicinal allergies and doesn't even take the time to read my chart before he opens his mouth to speak.

I have to remind him that I do not qualify for certain therapies due to my underlying illnesses and they could be potentially life-threatening. DO NOT GO HERE unless you absolutely have to. If you have to, please ask to see more than one provider in the practice.
