Today May 2,2022 between the hours of 2:50 a.m and 520:a.m the lady at the nursing station and the security guard was cursing like crazy and playing music on their phones. It was so unprofessional I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This hospital is so bad I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there.

Refuse to listen to patient concerns, I am currently disabled due to respiratory illness (COPD/EMPHYSEMA) on a 2 liters oxygen concentration. For some reason they believe they can wean me off of my oxygen.

This is only a bandaid station after they know that your insurance will pay them! You need to wait again. For an emergency I waited for about an hour, I was sent to the emergency room by my doctor. I was in so much pain, but I had to wait 45 minutes just to go to Triage. The girl in Triage was not sensitive to my pain, She was very rude I was in agony and told her that when emergency patients come in, it's because it's an emergency!

They process you through things just to bill your insurance and in the end I waited 4 hours never seeing a Dr or PA. Left because the waiting room was crowed to the point where when you went in for say an xray they made you go back to the waiting room where your seat is now taken.over a day late no contact from them with any results. And when you call the number it just rings. If negative stars were available I would give them.

Gave birth Nov. 2021! Labor and delivery is horrible! First time having a baby and I regret having her at lane, never again. The nurses were so rude and didn't want to help or answer questions. When I did I was told I'm sorry im just a er nurse or I don't know anything about breast feeding. My experience at lane makes me not want to have another baby cause it was horrible! Not to mention my dr was on a personal phone call during my labor! Would tell anyone to go to Woman's Hospital stay far away from lane!

No one likes to go to the ER, but this ER trip was really helpful for me. I came in at 11 at night with right upper abdominal pain. The difference with lane and other places was everyone listened to me. No one dismissed me they asked questions and treated me kindly. They did tests and helped me to lower the pain as fast as possible. They figured out what was going on and all of this with X-rays a cardio gram blood tests and more took them under 3 hours. I am truly impressed with how kind everyone from the receptionist to the ER doctor was.

I went into the hospital because I was feeling extremely ill. Everyone noticed that I couldn't barely walk and let alone speak. The admissions clerk and PA had an attitude when I couldn't barely respond to them with the requested information. They asked me the same questions continuously and was very disrespectful. My sister had to come to assist me by verbally expressing my problems and they told her that I need to tell them what is wrong knowing I couldn't barely speak.

Then after tests were ran, the PA walked back into the room and stated that nothing was wrong with me and I can go home with a harsh tone. As if my presence in the hospital was a problem. I've never had a horrible experience from a so called medical professional in my life. I won't wish this on my enemies. I had to go to another hospital where I finally received a diagnosis. My advise to everyone in the look area is to go to another hospital. The community calls this hospital Death Lane for nothing.

I had a procedure performed at Lane per my GP's instructions. It is covered 100% by my insurance. During admission I was required to pay a $41.50 co-pay. I was told that they would file with my insurance and I would receive a refund when paid. After 6 weeks, I have not received my refund and according to my insurance company, Lane has not filed. I cannot file, they must. Go somewhere else if possible.

I gave birth to my son here almost three years ago and currently still have no birth certificate or social security card for him! I paid a lot of money through the delayed process and the hospital still have my baby registration incomplete. No mother should go through this with there child this so sad, I am beyond frustrated and stressed at this point. I've completed everything I was supposed to complete this is so wrong and unprofessional.

Rude, unprofessional, lack of basic medical knowledge. Only use Lane Regional Medical Center if you are trying to off someone. From Current patient. I believe the people who assist me were Chelsea, jami, Ed provider Mazoch, Lisa

Took our youngest daughter( who is special needs) to have an abdominal ultrasound sound done and the people at the registration office were very efficient. Also Alice & Deidra in radiology were very kind and considerate to our daughter and everything was done in a timely manner.

Let's see. They never did a culture on my moms Pneumonia. After ventilators and some really poor treatments. My mother started to get better. And as soon as that happened they sent her next door. Where she died 3 days later. This hospital and its staff will rot in hell.

I was admitted for the second time in two months. Although SEVERAL personnel told me that I would be staying a second night, I was very abruptly informed that I had been discharged "around noon" by a Dr who never spoke to me. Even though I had ZERO transportation, nor key to enter, after several different visits from various levels of hospital officials, that I WOULD be sent home by a taxi. C'mon, Zachary. WTH has become of you?!?!

Awesome little hospital. The nurses and doctor took good care of my dad. Out of all the bad things I've been hearing about here, I haven't seen anything bad about it. Thank you guys

This morning we were in ICU waiting to see our beloved friend who passed away. A man came out and threatened to call the police on us if we started making loud noise while viewing her body. I'm not sure of who he thought we were, but he was totally out of line for this. This was very disrespectful, racist, and insulting. We had just lost a loved one and this is the treatment we received! I would never send anyone to this hospital!

Great little rural hospital. This facility offers a wide range of services considering its size and location. They have the ability to treat most issues from start to finish. With a rehab facility, skilled nursing, and nursing home all in the same area, a person could stay local for their entire treatment. The staff is considerate and helpful. The cafeteria serves pretty good food. They even have their own pharmacy on campus to fill your prescriptions before heading home.

I was at the ER about two weeks ago. I immediately realized the administrative staff had changed. It was a terrible experience for me. I honestly hope and pray I will never have to be treated there again. I have used this hospital since it opened in the 60's. Never have I received such bad treatment. I left the hospital feeling like I was the most unimportant patient they have ever treated. The staff was horrible. It started with the security staff that spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. That pretty much set the tone for the entire visit there.

I had a great experience here when I delivered my baby. However, the hospital stay after the fact was far from great. They're so cheap they don't even supply baby wipes for the babies. They used gauze and expected us to wipe our newborn with gauze. I received one mesh underwear (which are meant to be disposable by the way) and when I asked for more they told me to rinse out the one they already gave me and put it back on.

I'm sorry but that's disgusting especially considering how much blood there is after natural childbirth! The nurses never brought my prescriptions. I had to ask for them every time it was time to take them and they gave me snarky remarks about it. Not to mention, two weeks after we got home from the hospital my phone was being BLOWN up about paying my bill or they would go to collections and the insurance hadn't even processed yet! Etc etc etc. Hospital stays are bad enough as it is, but this was ridiculous.

I called Lane to schedule an MRI. Some airheaded twit was taking my new patient info over the phone. She asked for my CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER, which I foolishly gave. Then she asked for the ROUTING number. I didn't know what that was, so I asked. When she explained what it was, I gave THAT to her as well. Then it dawned on me. Why would a HOSPITAL need THAT info?

So I asked. "I am going to take that money out of your account right now." I told her "NO, you are NOT going to just stick your hand into MY pocket and TAKE my money, I will HAND you a check when I get there in the morning." Got my bank statement. AGAINST my wishes, she STOLE my $886.

I came in for an Appendectomy. Dr. Kang was amazing! His staff of nurses, receptionists, and techs were very friendly and chatty. I have never had a better experience in a hospital or clinic. Great work and because of that I was able to take my cruise the day after my surgery. I am from Austin and the people here made me feel right at home.
