Their imaging machine for mammography has been taken out by the state for recertification and has been out for a year. Be advised. Can't go here for a mammogram. If you've been here before you can be put on a waiting list but for how long?

Dont trust report. It was written to diminish my injuries. If the practice was honest it would take my calls.

Arrived this morning to be seen and it's extremely hot. Apparently the AC is not working. As a common courtesy to patients I think phone calls should be made to make us aware of the conditions prior to arrival.give people an option to decide if they want to wait in a scorching hot room to be seen or reschedule.especially with it being almost 80 degrees today! Please do better next time

From making the appointment to checking in and having the MRI, staff make it easy. They are kind and efficient and Dr. Branda has always been thorough and willing to explain and answer questions.

Good Customer service buy the receptionist and the Dr in charge of the MRI is outstanding and communicate well with you for simple understanding.

I came for an X-ray, and was told that no appointment was necessary and that it would be a quick process. I've been waiting for an hour. The waiting room is not crowded. I had to ask about my status. No one bothered to let me know if I would be next or the duration of my wait. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE FOR AN X-RAY AGAIN!

Nice place, nice place. The young lady that did my ultra sound was very polite and friendly, kind hearted. The atmosphere is clean and calm. 4 stars well because the young lady at the front expected one to read her mind, after filling the forms had to sit in the lobby, minutes later I was allowed to sitting in their indoor sitting area. Anyway over all, good experience.

It was my first time ever having an MRI. I went to Laurel, Mallard Drive, was my first time to this office. I got there half hour early, and was welcomed by staff and allowed to wait in the waiting room. The staff were very pleasant. Ms Lisa who did my MRI was very nice and guided me through what she would be doing and checked to see if I was okay and comfortable.

Very good experience and she let me know how long things might take. She cued me when there was 5 minutes left. A perfect and calm atmosphere. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have been using Laurel Radiology for a number of years now. The staff has always been friendly, professional and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable. And now during COVID-19, they still maintain excellent standards, my wait is never long and I feel comfortable still.

I typically have had great experiences with this place. Like has been said, the staff is professional and they do their best to treat their customers well. Today, however, they didn't do so well in my eyes which is why they are getting 3 out of 5 stars. I had to ask two lab techs to socially distance when communicating with me. Also, my wait was 1 hour beyond my appointment time.

That could have been communicated in another way and much earlier than when the information was given. While this pandemic is difficult, it is imperative that we are consistent to the best of our ability to remain compliant with the guidelines in dealing with the pandemic.
