Probably the worst ER experience I've ever had. Brought my 98 year old mother in for possible TIA ( mini stroke) and a psychological evaluation and was never treated so poorly by some of the nursing staff. Very hostile environment. Go elsewhere if possible.

This place is a nightmare I was put in restraints and shuffled around until I was put in a room abs in pretty sure they just forgot about me. After a day without food and having to lay in my own urine I realized if I didn't get myself out I might not get out. It took another 4 hours to get I out of the restraints. The doctors discharged me the next day. Oh and no one seems to know where i was while restrained

One. Star is to good. 0 is my score for the emergency room staff at framingham metro West medical center. I have my son here for 4 hrs with 103.5 Temperature and they haven't even triage him to check his Temperature or his vitals but letting other people in that came in after us. It's 2 am and I'm about to take him to Boston childrens. the staff have committed various hippa infrastructure it's ridiculous

I was just at the ER and had to walk out. I tried to tell the registration desk what was wrong with me and she would not listen, indicating she'd just put down one thing as I couldn't have more than one complaint. As she was registering me she let the other nurse (?) know I'd be put at the back of the line priority wise (for no apparent reason, just judged it as such) while joking about other people also put at the end of the list and sighing.

While waiting over 2 hours I was never triaged and several people jumped the line by simply complaining enough. I do not trust my health to this hospital, it's never been the best but now I realize that the criteria for being seen is random. Luckily I am able to see a doctor tomorrow and will suffer hopefully not encounter complications before then.

As a long time sufferer of many chronic illnesses I feel confident in this assessment. Nurses assistants.-- Mostly excellent. Nurses. ------ Either passionately good and on point. Or the exact opposite. With most being great. Doctors ------------ some great specialists and very few great Doctors. Some are embarrassingly uneducated about things that any doctor should know. Just like most things a chain is a strong a it's weakest link. This hospital is nothing more than weak and broken livid. It's scary as heck

Ok so I was here back in September for an outpatient procedure. The nurses and doctors who treated me were excellent and I truly felt cared for. However the billing is another issue. I have had nonstop emails and letters billing me for the full amount of my procedure, (>$10,000) and each time I call my insurance, who tell me the amount was paid in full.

Then I call billing and they claim I have no insurance on file, despite me giving them my insurance #s several times already. I am not sure what is going on with billing but I am terrified they are going to send my account to collections when for all intents and purposes they have their money.

The absolute WORST hospital I have ever seen in my entire life! My grandma went a few days ago and they discharged her saying she was fine, she ended up going back in a second time, where they dismissed her again saying she is fine. Turns out she had a RAGING STAPH INFECTION that they just happened to miss? Milford Regional found it and she is now there where she is actually being properly treated. This place is disgusting and I don't know how they are not shut down yet!

Customer service front desk is horrible, if they going to have someone facing customers they'll need to be more professional and treat the patient's well, I be clear, the rest of the staff are great and my complain is for the person on front desk, is unacceptable to reject one of the parents to get in with a seven month's baby, I explain than my wife needs help with the baby and also translation, I can't believe they have a people working on customer service with that bad actitud and so pour perception of common sense! Is frustrating get with people like that!

This hospital is absolutely abysmal. The nurses are extremely rude and all they do is try to get you to do test after test so they can bill your insurance without doing any useful treatment. I could go on and on about how terrible this hospital is. I'm never going there again and hope I never have a medical emergency in Framingham. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. An absolute scam.

I'd give -10 if was possible. The hospital isn't that bad but my two kids and I got positive for covid I just called to make a question, so I don't have to contaminate anybody else into hospital, the guy was so rude and not patient to at least listen what was my question, interrupting me even before I finish what I was trying to say. I asked for a second so he could listen me then he yelled at me saying to go ahead and the answer of my question was: "it is up to me!" I wish his family is nice and safe!

My wife had our baby here and I have nothing to complain about. All the nurses and pediatricians who attended us were super attentive and left us no doubt.

The doctors here seem alright, but the admin staff is horrible. Called to reschedule my colonoscopy that the VA had scheduled for me there and they tried to charge me $250. I was shocked and when I asked where this policy was stated, the staff was very rude about it. Not to mention they violated their contract with VA by attempting to bill me directly, I'm guessing in hopes that I would just unknowingly pay it. Luckily the VA handled, but I definitely will not be going back. And hopefully the VA will stop sending veterans there for treatment. The rude staff member was named Lydia.

Review for Labor & Delivery only: We had a fantastic experience with the delivery of our first child at the Beautiful Beginnings Maternity Center. All the doctors, nurses and support staff were competent, caring, and made sure we were comfortable during our 4 day stay. I'd like to particularly thank Dr. Melissa Palma, Veronica Ann, Dr. Hamedi, nurses LAURA, CASSIE, KATIE, MARIA, SAMANTHA and others.

If I could use one word to describe the fantastic nursing staff in the L&D department, it's EMPATHY. They are a shining example of how nurses ought to care for patients and the hospital should be proud to have such a wonderful staff. From the moment we were admitted for induction the day before delivery to discharge, we felt cared for, listened to, and confident in the staff, procedures, and outcomes. We couldn't have been happier with our decision to choose MWMC L&D and would definitely recommend them.

Extremely disappointed when you take your 2 year old to be seen and they turn you away because they can't honor THEIR own scheduling program. I made the app first thing in the am for noon, I get there and because they are busy they want me to wait and go to the back of the line. I waited 4 hours at home for my app just like they said I could just to get turned away.

Sorry not fair. Don't let people make app if you can't honor it. And if you are too busy give me a call so I don't waste my time and can go somewhere to get my sick daughter the help she deserves. Shame on you.

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hospital facility to anyone, not even to my worst enemies. I went to the emergency room today and waited for about 5 hours and still left the hospital without receiving any medical care because I couldn't sit and wait in pain anymore. Later on I tried to call the clinic to book and appointment with a primary care physician and the staff member was very rude and talked to me in a very inappropriate and disrespectful manner and still hang up on my face. Sadly I wasn't able to get an appointment or get any assistance with my pain. I wouldn't recommend this hospital services to anyone. The Metrowest management group should improve so many things in their emergency room and clinic.

UPDATE We have been working with the hospital to get the $1700.00 bill resolved. Bills were submitted to our insurer and are getting paid. We were contacted by Metrowest Reps to say they were following up on this matter. We have no issue with the Dr.s or care at Metrowest. They were great. Billing is separate for hospitalist so patients need to deal with that and follow up. Takes up time and energy and you shouldn't set up a payment plan because if your insurer then covers the bill, you have to go after the billing company to recover the charges.

Just be aware of this issue. My husband had to have emergency gallbladder surgery in June. Health insurance plan is a Fallon Medicaid plan. Billing him almost $2000 directly for covered services. Physician's billing group are trying to balance bill him for covered Emergency services. He was not billed correctly as we read the discharge papers and he was listed with an insurance plan he doesnt even have!

The bill is for physicians services and the biller has had a class action lawsuit against them in California for balance billing Medicaid and Medicare patients and then suing them for covered services by not billing/ coding the procedures correctly so that denials occur and they then try to get the full balance from scared and intimidated patients.

Not paying for covered services that are not being billed appropriately. Beware of these issues. Hoping to get this straightened out as he gave the hospital ID and insurance card upon arrival. emergency gallbladder surgery Looks like they billed an insurance plan he doesnt even have! The billing company is for physician's services.they've had a class action lawsuit against them in California.

They balance Bill Medicaid and Medicare patients by threatening to sue for services rendered. That's illegal to do for Emergency services here in MA if you have a true emergency.

My experience at MetroWest was EXTREMELY negative. When I went in for my first prenatal appointment, the ultra sound tech was rude and unfriendly. The visit was uncomfortable (physically and otherwise) from the start. When I met with the doctor he was blunt and brief and seemed to be in a rush. Gave me medical information on an extremely sensitive topic while literally walking me out the door.

On top of this, MetroWest has billed my appointment in such a way that I am being charged extra by insurance because my baby had no heartbeat. The issue could be easily rectified by MetroWest staff and their billing department, but everyone I've spoken to has been rude and unhelpful. When I call, I am consistently transferred to three+ people and inevitably told that "someone will call me back." So far, no one has. Go anywhere but here.

I dont like going to the ER because the long hours of waiting it kills. It makes me feel like if u dnt have any broken bones, drain in blood or ready for labor its not urgent u will not be cared. As a mother of two i visit the ER at this location with my baby boy who were a week old and had jaundice it was a sunday the pediatric office were closed i had no choice but visiting ER the ppl were odd that i bought my son their as i question about when will my son get treated the answer were they dont treat jaundice at the ER!

I was shocked my son's jaundice were high and they acted like its was nothing. And we had weighted for several hours not to mention the nurse only comes by twice and left doesn't say anything. Feeling neglected. The nurse with short blonde hair at the ER, visit the place twice she wasn't polite at all looked at me like i had virus.

I had an endoscopy 9 weeks ago. The professional staff could not have been better. The receptionists and general staff were rude towards my escort (who they required to be there both at check in and upon leaving). We are both seniors and came a great distance by taxi to get there. We were fully vaccinated. I normally get my medical care at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. This is no Tufts.
