The orthopedist was good, however, one of the nurses basically said "Go suit yourself" when I declined a service that was not paid by my insurance. This behavior is very rude and make me question the qualifications of that nurse being hired.

I love Dr. Connor and her team! Dr. Connor is excellent at listening and explaining care, and she performed surgery on me that went extremely well. She diagnosed me when many others had no idea what was wrong. I'm so grateful to her and her team. The nursing staff is equally as wonderful, and I'm always in and out of there in record time. I highly recommend this office and medical team.

They'll put you on hold for 30 minutes to make an appointment then forget to do their job and log the appointment and your information into their system. Since the appointment was within a week of scheduling they don't send you a confirmation either. All of this means you waste your time showing up to their office thinking you have an appointment and now have to wait weeks for the next available opening

I HIGHLY recommend this office. Specially dr Connor she is awesome! Very patient and delicate. I went with 3 different fractures on my ankle need surgery and she was very patient with me and very delicate. She didn't rush and took her time made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I need surgery but she made me feel less nervous and she gave me so much trust and confidence. Awesome Dr! And the whole team was very helpful, the Xray tech (the girl forgot her name) she was very patient with me too. A+ to this office

Everyone is really nice at this location, Dr. Saper included. I would go to him again if I needed anything ortho related. Keep up the great work there.

Doctor Connor and her team are very professional, efficient and kind. They've guided a scared 10-year old with a broken wrist through her healing process with compassion and understanding.

I waited more than 30 Minutes after my appointment time to be seen but everyone on staff was really polite and took good care of me. doctor Connor was quick but listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. Overall good experience in spite of the long wait time.

Dr Saper was able to relate my MRI to the level of pain I was in and take action. Initially upon reviewing my MRI Saper advised I needed an injection by a Pain Specialist. Dr Saper understood the severity of the issue, my pain, and the lead time it would take to book an apt for an injection. He personally called his colleague while I was in the room and asked for a favor which was to see me the same week. Dr Saper's colleague called me back that evening and I was able to get an apt and appropriate shots within 48 hrs. Having a Dr to assess an issue is one thing, but it's another to have a solid, reliable, trusted, and friendly network that acts quickly for the best interest and we'll bring of a patient. I couldn't be happier having established a patient/dr relationship with Dr Saper and his network.

Dr. Saper was able to see me on short notice (via ZocDoc) and provided excellent care including immediate on-site X-rays. Highly recommend.

Dr. Connor is great! Very professional and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She was very honest and helpful with my fracture. The staff is very helpful and the wait time when an appontment is set is very short. Would definitely recommend!

With a referral from my primary care physician, I was added to the schedule very quickly. Everyone in the office was professional and friendly. I felt I was in good hands and people cared about developing a comprehensive treatment plan to help me heal from my injury.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery and Dr. Saper was an excellent surgeon. His follow up care was informative and helpful. After two weeks I'm totally 100%! Thank You!
