Attempted to move both my sons to this practice, got the ball rolling with them and was expecting a call the same day as to the next steps. Two days pass and I hear nothing. I call them back and get a different lady on the phone and explains the original lady you spoke with will call you back in 2 mins. It's now been a week since I was told that. Save your time and find another practice. If you can't get someone to call you back they don't deserve your business or to care for your little ones.

I love this place as a first time mom they were awesome walking me threw the process. The receptionist is awesome so works around my schedule and don't get me started on Dr. Phillips and her nurses they are SUPER SWEET and are very concerned whenever I call or bring my baby in. So my point is when I have another kid they will be patient to Dr. Phillips and her staff! Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Fernandez has provided pediatric care to my son since he was 3 (now he is 19). Dr Fernandez cares for the whole person and is entirely engaged with all aspects of the child's well-being. She provides a holistic approach to care which we appreciate very much. We are grateful that she has extended her practice to age 21.

I took my children for New patient appointments today and loved it. This office and their staff is AWESOME! not only are they conveniently located, but the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The Dr was so sweet and took time with each one of my children. The nurse was exceptional even when my son was difficult with his procedure. I will definitely keep taking my children here!

I have taken both my sons to this practice since they were born. WE LOVE DR. PECK! She always takes the time to listen to us and really cares about my sons and their well being. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Fernandez is soft spoken and polite every time we come in for a visit. My daughter loves going here.

I cannot understand any of the negative reviews! Anyone that does not like this team of doctors must have had Granny Clampett as their doctor or studied with her in the hills of Tennessee! I have had children under their care for 30 years and have had nothing but outstanding care and service for all of them. First my children and then my grandchildren. You cannot go wrong with this Pediatric office.

As a longtime health-care professional and mother I highly disagree with these reviews! I have had the experience of a logical and compassionate health-care team with excellent communication and excellent customer service. Sometimes the truth hurts, but it is ultimately what you should seek from your medical team.
