Beginning Wednesday morning August 26th, Dr. J. Dennie Crabtree Jr, MD FACS will be seeing patients in our Medical Office Building Suite G 25. Dr. Crabtree is a Board Certified General Surgeon who will be here in Fayetteville every 2nd and 4th Wednesday morning. He received his medical education from East Tennessee State University.

Rude and absolutely horrible night ER receptionist on 6/2/2022 after 9:30 pm. She lacks the compassion and empathy to be employed at a hospital.

We went to the emergency room for my husband at the request of his Dr. They repeated blood work they had done two hours before at their very own facility. Drs. did not feel masks were important. The first we encountered said he only wore it to make others feel safer and his nose was hanging out. The second Dr., (shift change) wore no mask and told us, we were going to get it anyway.

He was very self important. He handed me paperwork telling us what they found with their tests. I told him that I didn't know what this means. He then read it to me. I'm not illiterate. I said I still did not know what it MEANT and he turned and walked away. (Nurses were GREAT! Very kind, patient and very professional.) I would have to have a severed limb or be turning blue to go back there, and I'd think twice first.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is a straight up JOKE. The employees are rude as can be. Appointment times don't mean anything to them. If your appointment is at a certain time, you better clear your schedule cause you'll be waiting a very long time and not be seen any where near close to that. They don't care about you. You are better off driving to a different medical center, or hospital.

Well let's start by the receptionist it's always rude no matter what behind the desk in the er. I took my eleven-year-old son in there last night for a possible break-in his foot he was wheeled in a wheelchair and tears of pain we sat there for 2 hours never even got triaged! Not acceptable at all. They showed no care or thought!

The lady working behind the emergency room desk needs coaching in manners, probably should just find another career path. We have been here this afternoon with my grandmother in the emergency room. After sitting in the hallway for the first tornado warning everyone went back into the lobby. There was several large groups of people who were standing in the lobby but we (3 of us) was told we needed to leave the lobby due to high Covid rates.

When we questioned why our group and no other group was told to leave we was told their situations were different. At that time they announced another tornado warning and we asked if we could go to the hallway again and the lady said no and said that we could go home. I said thank you and she replied keep it up and she would call the law. So here we are sitting out in our vehicle during a tornado warning and we also have the heavy heart of our loved one who is in a life threatening condition.

The nurses and Doctors are very good. My Mom had the best care. I hope Doctor Thomas will never leave. He gave amazing care to my Momma. The ER team was very good as well. Thank you Lincoln Health Hospital.

I debated on posting this, because I am a former healthcare worker (NICU RN) who knows that taking care of multiple patients can be difficult, and it has been a few months since my experience. However, with the more recent experience of my son having an outpatient X-Ray done at this facility (and I will say the radiology techs were great-the only great thing about this hospital), I decided to warn others of what to expect.

I went to this ER worried about a kidney stone. Once they got the CT Scan back, and it was negative for a stone, I spent three hours in my ER cubicle throwing up blood into multiple "vomit bags." I never requested anything more for pain than the Toradol they gave me and received two doses of Zofran IV for my vomiting. Zofran does not work for a lot of people who are already throwing up.

They refused to give me a different nausea medication. I saw the physician for a total of five minutes, spread out over two short visits. When I finally got tired of receiving no treatment, I hit my call bell (which proceeded to ring for eleven minutes while I could hear nurses talking and laughing at the desk a few feet from my cubicle), took my monitoring equipment off, changed into my street clothes, and sat on the edge of the bed waiting for them to finally answer my call bell.

The nurse came in (fourth time I've seen a nurse in my five plus hour stay, and I'm still throwing up, mind you), and I asked her to remove my IV and bring my discharge papers immediately. She came back in ten minutes later and said (giggling) "Your papers have been on the desk for awhile, we must have overlooked them." I left there furious, but I decided not to make waves and never to return there for emergency "treatment" again.

Fast forward. My son has an X-Ray. They were supposed to send the disc of images to the pediatrician's office, who would then forward them to the orthopedic specialist we had to see in Huntsville. We were assured everything was forwarded and ready to go. My husband took my son to the specialist in Huntsville, to be told that they did not forward everything.

They have to repeat the X-Ray. THEN, we got a bill for $700 out-of-pocket AFTER insurance from this hospital for an X-RAY. Go anywhere else but here. They are not patient-care focused, and seem to just want to bilk people out of hundreds of dollars.

I went into the ER yesterday evening after sustaining a fall during a hike with the prospect of needing stitches to close cut on my left elbow. My first time to ER but the wait was reasonable and the care was exceptional. Dr. Mize and his staff did an excellent job to stitching my wound and could not have been more friendly and professional. I wanted to give a zero. Two years ago I was brought here by ambulance! I had stage 4 cancer and couldnt afford insurance, . To sick to work. The emergency physician, Latino, not sure said we are not going to do anything for her. The nurse said we're not? One week later the ambulance came again I said take me to Winchester to the hospital they put a blood bag on me and rushed me with sirens the entire trip to nashville I had lost almost all blood they gave me 8 pints and rushed me to surgery. The emergency room at Lincoln county nearly killed me. Go to Winchester. You might live.

Met at the door with compassion. Out of town from Chattanooga via fishing accident on a local lake vacation. Nurses were super compassionate and felt way more comfortable than at home. My props to the staff. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

In july I got stung by a catfish and it left my hand in really bad shape so I whent to this ER and had some xrays done and they told me my hand was fine and it should get better. Long story short I had a catfish barb stuck in my hand for 25 days because they told me nothing was in my hand and after a month of pain I whent to st Tomas in murfreesboro and after doing some xrays they found it and pulled it out of my hand. Needless to say I will never be going back to this hospital and I will not be paying my bill because they failed to find it (and it was quite large) and was in pain for 25 days and missed work because of this and it could have been resolved sooner if they had found it. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was in Lincoln Hospital for 3days and feel the most important part of my stay was very good the Dr's and Nurses were great! I lived and returned home. However the hospital food was garbage! I get it I was on a liquid diet for the 3days and didn't really have an appetite but if your Dr. prescribed a certain meal for your nourishment then the liquid should be quality!

The soup broth was cold "every tray" never any hot tea, yet when I ask the nurses if I was not allowed to have tea, they would say yes you can and bring me some, the oatmeal (not liquid) but couldn't eat because it was stone cold "every tray" pudding (not liquid) but warm, jello warm., I could never figure out why they waste soo many condiments that were not needed every tray?

Like jam! for what my jello or maybe my pudding? No one seemed to care when I ask questions. Only well it is a long ways from the Kitchen to your room ugh! When I stayed at St Thomas Heart on a heart diet, you got to order your meal off a menu they left on your bed stand when you were ready (and not have it arrive while you were out of the room getting test done, and it was always consistent hot things were hot and cold things cold.

I actually think the meals at Lincoln made me sicker either because I ate some or didn't eat it period. I pray I never need to stay in any hospital rest of my life, but if I have to go to Lincoln I pray I do NOT need to depend on a meal with them!

My brother in law is a patient there right now and is in ICU and they are wanting to release him to go home. He is NOT even got his strength back and is unable to stand and walk on his own! It would be a GREAT help if they would have a step down unit from ICU to where physical therapy would come in and work with him to get his strength back so that he is able to stand and walk on his own!

My sister his wife is not able to help him by herself! My brother in law has insurance and these people are getting paid to get him better yet they have done nothing to help him! They like collecting the money of his insurance but not caring properly for my brother in law!

I give this hospital 3 stars primarily because my mom's floor staff and specialists were friendly, caring and gave my 97-yr-old mom the extra time that she needed. However, this is at least the third stay via the ER in which her advocates have provided a complete typed list of her daily medications only to find that the meds were never given during her entire stay.

Several of these medications are psych meds that a dementia patient cannot go off cold turkey. Various unsatisfactory excuses were given when we found out. In addition, none of her three advocates were informed that these medications were withheld. Another issue, Donalson Care Center (skilled care) is part of the Lincoln system. You would hope this would help with continuity.

Every time she has been transferred there, it has taken days to get her back on her correct meds. Now that she is back in her Assisted Living facility, she is finally becoming less agitated and anxious. It has taken 4 long hard days and nights. Although we know that moving dementia and senior patients from one location to another produces confusion, the degree to which our mom suffered was absolutely unnecessary and to a great degree precipitated by the medication lapse.
