Julia is a very nice Physical Therapist! This morning she massaged my neck area with Biofreeze and it felt so good! Very nice.

Dr. Brezenoff operated on me and repaired my left shoulder. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by him and his entire staff was over the top outstanding. Tia his PA could not have been more knowledgable and accommodating. Tia expedited my office visits at lightening speed, any and all questions I had were answered with reassuring professional responses that I understood. Donna the surgical co-ordinator was very much on top of things and very communicative.

Everything she said she would do was done very quickly. The surgical receptionist made me feel very much at ease the minute I walked in for my surgery, again personality at its best. Loretta and Elise prepared me for my surgery and were warm and friendly, they also made me feel very comfortable and had professional answers for all of my questions. Ditto for the two anesthesiologists. I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Brezenoff, Tia and the entire team they have assembled! THANK YOU to all of you from the bottom of my heart!

The staff working here is extremely informative, knowledgeable, caring, as well as willing to help. They place my interest first. Compassionate and willing to help relieve your pain. Strongly recommended to any individual who experience the traumatic event.

Physical therapy has been improving my shoulder more and more. I can honestly say I didn't think simple exercises would help, but between that and the soft tissue that she does it helps out a lot! Very happy with physical therapy!

Litchfield Orthopedics is great all the staff is terrific from the front desk on both sides as well as the doctors and physical therapists they all really take the time to address your needs and get what you need fixed done!

The check-in counter was dirty. I was led to an exam room and noticed that the walls were dirty, the chairs were dirty, the curtains were dirty, the exterior of the trash cans were dirty, the supply cart was filthy. Not what I expect in a medical office

I have tried to get an appointment with Dr. D'Amico for a month now. Every scheduled appointment they gave me they cancelled. It is one thing to have to cancel for an emergency, but it's completely disrespectful to cancel 3 times! They don't call to tell you that they're rescheduling you. They send a text with a time they have put you in for without speaking to you first.

They send text after text with your new appointment asking you to confirm, then another to cancel it 2 hours later. They email all this as well. What a nightmare! They have no respect for MY time! Who do they think they are treating people this way!

Heard good things about Litchfield Hills Orthopedic. Had 1st PT on my knee 10/27/21. I found things to be as I was told about L.H.O.s reputation. I have a medical history that reads like 1000 page novel since birth, and have spent more than 12 years total of my life as an inpatient, with 63 surgeries and 100 + hospital stays and counting. I say this to give an example of my medical exposure, experiences since birth.

I have had surgeries covering many hospitals in 2 States in MA. And CT., I had good and bad experiences over so many years exposed to the medical field. Litchfield Ortho is one of the better places I've experienced. Recommend highly. THANK YOU Kyndel

Kendyl was very patient explaining the exercises and showing me what to do. Took the time to read my written MRI report to better plan my care before and after surgery. Very comfortable surroundings. Pleasant front desk. flexible schedule. Very accommodating. Pleasant experience.

Everyone at LHOA is patient oriented from the receptionists to the PTs (special shout out to Tim) to my Dr (D'Amico) who takes the time to make you feel like you're the only patient she has.

Tim is encouraging and responsive to my feedback on my progress. He also provides a variety of new exercises when I mention a particular area where I want to do better.

I have been to several PT places and this one is a great place. Its right there at the Dr's office, easy to make an appt and when you go there you don't just get heat, ice and sent home with exercises. I have seen Tim twice and he is very professional and informative. Will continue to request him as I injure myself pretty frequently.

Everyone is very friendly. Tim and Kendyl are both very efficient and caring. Communication is excellent. LHOA came highly recommended to me by a family member in the field

Julia is an extremely knowledgeable provider who always takes the time to listen to me in order to provide the best possible treatment for my specific needs. She's also extremely organized and is always friendly, insuring that I regularly have the best therapy session. She's an asset to your practice and you should be proud to have her.

Today is the second time my wife and I have cash to come up here to get her a Cortizone shot the first time appointment was scheduled for 330 we got here at 2:45 she went in at 3:15 to the waiting room and was basically told at 4:30 4:45 they would get to her by 630 today is the second time we're trying to get the first shot her appointment was at 12:30 we got here at 12 o'clock she is still sitting in the waiting room at 1:45 and being told hopefully within the hour this is the worst medical practice I have ever seen ever do not go here it would be a half star or less if it was possible

Dr. Wisch did a good job treating my numerous injuries I saw him for over the years. My problem is with the absolutely INCOMPETENT billing department. They changed over to a new billing system and have been calling me for the last 6 months asking me the same questions each time and getting upset with me because they continue to claim it's not what i said last time when I always tell them the same thing.

They send me the same bills multiple times, bills with no explanation for what they're for and bills that my insurance company had already paid. I asked for an itemized list to be sent to me which would explain to me the breakdown of the charges and they always say "Yes absolutely I'll send one out to you today." Two weeks later I will still have received nothing in the mail from them and then they call me again saying the same things.

When I finally did get something in the mail from them it was a ledger of their system which was impossible for anyone who does not know their system to read. Months later I've still yet to receive nothing but harassing phone calls asking the same questions and calling me a liar. I will never go here again and I suggest you don't unless you want to deal with paying these bills for an extended amount of time because the imbeciles in the billing department don't know how to work their own system.

My husband had surgery there in 2015. after he was required physical therapy. They never told him he had certain amount of sessions & they then went over the allowed amount by insurance. Then dec 2017 he gets a bill from them for it. 2 years later! He was of course upset as he was never informed of them going over approved sessions. So needless to say he made a payment arrangement.

Now they have sent his bill to collections and he has worked so hard to get his credit better. They refused to continue accepting his payments as they wanted more which we can not afford right now. Terrible people in th billing office! If you go make sure you many sessions & what is covered first because THEY WONT TELL YOU!

He retired I'm Sad he was a pleasure to fixing my Bone's I fell and broke My hip and feamer in my left. Leg in my I wanted him to fix them but I was told he has retired Dr wish fixed It he did a awesome job

This place has 'fixed' me and both the boys for several sports injuries and more! GREAT comfort care
