Near impossible to reach someone when you call and takes nearly a week to get on their schedule. For a PCP, I suggest finding one that is more accessible.

Unprofessional and Dishonest Doctor Had a wellness physical visit (annual checkup) with Thomas Reed recently and was billed a co-pay. Called insurance to find out that the doctor's office filed sick office visit instead. Called couple times to the office, nobody answered the phone. Left messages and nobody return the calls, even as a courtesy. I made sure with the front desk during check in that the visit is for annual checkup.

And confirmed with Thomas himself that the visit is for annual checkup. He said yes. While he told me to schedule lab works another day, I asked again, will these two visits be counted as wellness visits? He said 'yes' again. I think they tried to make one wellness checkup into two visits to earn more money. This is malpractice. If you plan to do business with this office, avoid Thomas.

I have been trying to get medical records sent form LRFP for over a month. I've left messages with medical records, spoke to multiple nurses, left messages with the office manager. I can't get medication I need because I can't get them to send my records to my local clinic. I am going to have to undergo testing AGAIN simple because LRFP won't send a simple fax, even when requested by my current clinic.

Front desk is rude. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone unless you're scheduling an appointment. My first and only appointment as a new patient I spent my first hour of it waiting in the parking lot. When I finally got brought inside, I spent the next hour and a half mostly waiting for Dr. Mitchell to schedule tests/talk about results. She was nice. Seemed to care, but way overbooked.

When I called back to speak with her about ongoing symptoms and a game plan for next appointment (so I wouldnt have to be there for 3 hours waiting on her) I was told by staff that I would have to schedule A PAID TELEMED PHONECALL APPOINTMENT. Thats right. You are NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR UNLESS YOU'RE PAYING. This place screams money hungry to me. I recommend going elsewhere.

I have been comming here since the 70's when they were located on Lee St. I have always been pleased with my treatments and the cheerful and helpful staff at the front desk. Also may I say thank God for thier great medical staff, Especially for Dr. Barry Ford, he is the greatest.

Think twice about going to this clinic. Called last week to make an appointment as a new patient and they put me on hold for ten minutes then hung up on me. Called back, and they were snooty and said if my insurance was good enough they call me back in a week or two, lol. I guess BCBS of Arkansas isn't good enough and they must not want paying customers, lol.

We followed Dr. Chris Pittman and his nurse, Joanie, to this clinic. I just havent experienced any of the bad things some of these reviews expressed. We are pleased with our care, the staff and the conveniencs such as the lab, radiology, dietitian, etc. However, many clinics including Baptist charge for administering immunizations so I would get mine somewhere else.

Medicare patients beware My husband receive a shot which Medicare paid, however, was charged $40.00 for administration of the shot, really! Walmart would have done free. Of course Medicare will not pay for someone to give a shot. I have called staff and they just say call someone else. They could care less! Doctors are great. However I see this as price gouging, after all paying for doctor visit and many other charges

I really enjoy LR Family Practice clinic. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Tucker is very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I have been a patient there for past 4 years. They can usually see patients very quickly and they have short wait times.

I've seen Dr. Kenneth Johnston for over 20 years and have loved having him as my PCP. Unfortunately I had an incident recently where I needed to reschedule a wellness exam. Circumstances occurred in life that caused me to miss that exam appointment unfortunately. I actually didn't even have a chance to think about it until I called to make an appointment for something else a couple weeks later.

What can i say? Life happened and in my case if was just a crazy few weeks. When i spoke to the scheduling nurse she informed me I'd have to pay $25 for missing the appointment. I expressed apologies for missing and explained I didn't really agree with the $25 fee. She advised "it's the doctor's rule not mine". At this point I asked if they were willing to lose a 20+ year patient over $25 dollars.

She said they were. This made me feel so unappreciated as a patient. I have had such a great relationship with Dr. Johnston and the staff but I unfortunately will have to begin the process of finding a new PCP because of someone's unwillingness to consider circumstance. Extremely disappointed and have never felt more unappreciated as a patient. This is not a gym membership or a wal-mart return. I hope your staff will take into consideration that they're dealing with people who have developed long term trust and relationship with their doctors in the future.
