Excellent and thorough visit as usual. I have great confidence in the doctor and his staff.

Using Dr Lobue for a second time for cataract surgery, and another amazing trip with all the staff in Murrieta and Temecula. Don't really want to be headed there but when you can no longer see, what are you going to do. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable all the way around, to the point I plan to start going here regularly for my eye appointments. These people are the best, go see them if you have eye problems.

The staff greeted me with a big smile and a lot of efficiency. The doctor's exam was just as good. Thanks to all for another great experience!

What a wonderful atmosphere this office has. The employee's were so friendly and polite, patient and explained all the steps as my appointment progressed. I would 100 percent recommend this Dr Lobue to all who are reading this review. He is located in Temecula, CA. I will be getting my appointment for cataract surgery very soon at my next appointment in just a week or so.

And as for Dr Lobue himself, he is very friendly, personable, knows is business with what needs to be done with your eye for eyes. Please, if your insurance allows you to have him as your go to eye doctor, by all means you need to choose him.

I've been Very happy with LoBue. Dr. Miller is very good and answered any questions. I generally get in within a reasonable time. The staff is friendly and I would recommend them to anyone of my friends. I've also seen Dr. Nooruddin who is very good as well.

Awesome experience. The doctor and entire staff here was extremely professional. I was sent here as a community care patient by the VA to have my eyes checked. They evaluated me and provided me prescriptions for eye glasses which the VA will now provide.

Here at an appointment for my son; was able to get a quick appointment for a sore and red eye. The office staff is great, quick, efficient and friendly. Extremely appreciative for care in a timely manner. Forgive me if I say I hope we will not need to come back, however, if do, this is the place. Thanks again!

As usual. Great customer service. Doctors and employees in there always take all their time to fulfill all your needs. Great prices on their selection of frames. I wish they'd have more selection though but all in all is a great place.

LoBue never disappoints. They are always timely and friendly. This appointment was for my teenage daughter and I do my best to encourage and teach independence every chance I get. I checked her in at the desk and let them know I would be waiting in the car if they needed anything, but she would be managing her appointment on her own. There was no judgment, surprisingly a lot of times there is, and she got her prescriptions after the exam and said everything went great. Would highly recommend.

You have my husband's name as the patient. I was the one who was most recently at LoBue Laser & Eye. I have had appointments at the Menifee office and most recently at the Temecula office. The staff are efficient and fun people and Dr. LoBue is very knowledgeable and has a nice way of putting his patient at ease.

Scheduling a time to visit takes over a month. Maybe this is typical in light of the covid situation. The staff is helpful and the doctor is patient. I just got the glass prescription not the glasses themselves. But the distance between pupils, inter-pupillary distance, is missing in the prescription. Maybe this is done by the glass maker. In general, the experience is good and helpful.

Waiting time is too long. I waited more than an hour after my scheduled time. Staff are nice and very accommodating. Please try to lessen the waiting time of your patients. Hoping for an improvement.

My glas Werent ready until almost 14 weeks when they only said 6 weeks the most! Bad customer service. Never going back.

I am trying to reorder my contacts and can't get them to answer the phone. I have left messages several times and they still won't return the call. Guess I will have to find another eye doctor.

The lady who did the test, Suneya K., was very friendly with a good sense of humor. She took time to answer my questions and even explain further. Dr. Miller, the optometrist is always very pleasant. His reassuring demeanor puts you at ease. Kudos to them both!

Worse customer service! My first time coming here and receptionist is very unethical. When my wife did her exam, felt so rushed. Then I got notified my glasses are ready, pickup glasses in Temecula. Once I arrived office was temporary close! So she sends me to Murrieta! Once I arrived to murrieta location keep in mind it was 1:30 and office temporary close the person in charge of glasses comes till 3:30.

So I waited and waited Then I call again and secretary tell me my glasses are not at the location I did my exam! To drive to meniffee! At this point I was extremely furious they have me driving around. I'm very disappointed. I will no longer return here. Still waiting for my glasses! Waste of 4 hours driving around.

I have been going to LoBue for over 8 years and the customer service has always been less than great. The optical department is hard to get a hold of and never returns calls. I have been trying to get my glasses prescription for weeks and I still do not have it. The entire practice has weird hours closing in the middle of the day for an hour and being closed on weekends.

Some people have work schedules that make it difficult for them to get appointments during LoBue's limited hours of operation. If you can get past the weird hours and difficult optical department the doctors at LoBue are great! I do love Dr. Vu I might have to consider switching to another practice because I am so frustrated by the lack of assistance I've received trying to get a simple glasses prescription!

The receptionist wasn't very nice! It was my first visit & I was 10 min early for my appointment She scolded me for being late for paperwork but I finished them soon before my appointment! I just let it go but next time she does it again I will not put up with it & will report her to the manager & corporate office! Dr. Vu was great & the rest of the staff are professional & nice!

I have been to LoBue Eye Medical Center myself to have my eyes tested and I find them very professional. But my wife loves this place. Doctor LoBue explains everything he is going to do beforehand and the staff is friendly towards her. Which she loves. I appreciate LoBue Laser & Eye Medical Center and I would recommend them to anyone.

Love Dr. Vu! She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I have had to go back regarding my contacts bc of changes and she has helped me so much with transitioning to Dailies.

The difference between Lobue and Costco (Disclaimer: I love Costco. actually, the wife does which means I do). At Costco you get a pair of Perry Eillis glasses with maybe a sunglass - transitional element. You pick them up and your done. If they break, deal with the manufacturer direct, which nobody does. You just got a decent pair of glasses for a good price.

At LoBue, you get top brand selections (creme de le creme. I don't know if Perry made the list or not, but SPY, Maui Jims, ZEISS, Dolce, Prada etc). you get top brand selections with TRANSITIONAL lenses that allow you to never take your glasses off regardless of what your trying to look at. AND. (this is the best part), you get support and service from people that dedicate their lives to your vision.

By the time I picked up my SPY transitional glasses I felt I learned so much about my sight issues, my prescription, the options, what is good and not good frames, lenses, sunglasses etc. AND, I have somewhere to go if I have issues or something breaks. I'm now convinced that vision should not be left to Costco. Until recently, I had no idea I didn't have to fight with my glasses to focus, I pretty much accepted this as "the way it is". All I had to do was got to Lobue. Thank you to the staff and the customer service in the Murrieta Optometry department. You are the best!

First time at this eye office, everyone was so friendly and professional, my husband recommended me this place who's been going here for about 10 years now. I was able to get my eye exam, contacts and pick out my glasses in a timely matter. Angela was so helpful, she gave me her honest opinion and I was able to pick the right glasses for my face. This place has horrible customer service. First, when trying to make an appointment they put you on hold without asking your permission. Second, they don't tell you they put you on hold (mute) but when they do music plays out of nowhere. Third, Paula, the one who answers the phone, needs training. I will not be going back.

I am first time patient at LoBue and my experience there was wonderful! Dr. Vu and all of the ladies were super friendly and helpful. When it came down to picking out my glasses, Melissa Gonzalez was a pleasure! She gave me her honest opinion on what glasses looked best on me and ended up picking out the perfect glasses. I needed follow up care after an ER visit for an injury to my right eye. Everyone was great! The front office girls rock and got me in asap. The quality of care is excellent and I appreciate everything they have done to get me on the mend. Thanks to everyone at the murrieta clinic. I can't thank you enough!

This place takes very long, we can never get out of here within a reasonable time. They should really work on their scheduling system. We had an appointment and still didn't get seen till nearly an hour and the whole thing took 2 hours just to get eye pressure checked. This happens every time.

My elderly mom bought glasses and the screw keeps coming out. I buy my glasses from LensCrafters and had no such problems. I had to drive 60 miles to help my mom. And these snot nose kid didn't even offer an apology for this huge inconvenience. Next time I am taking mom to LensCrafters or even Costco.

I really like this place! The staff is very nice! Definitely would recomend it and they have a big selection of glasses!

I had dr Sanchez who did my eye check up. She is amazing! Very detailed, knowledgable, and so very sweet! By far my favorite eye doctor to date. If you can, asked her by name. You won't be disappointed. The other staff was really great too including the assistant.

The reason with the low mark is for the time I have waisted making an appointment through their website, which was confirmed the day before the appointment, only to be told that i did not have an appointment when i showed up.
