I was calling to make an appointment. School sent my daughter home she was so sick. The receptionist refuse to take my daughter, she said they do not accept my medical insurance. Big hospitals in Chicago downtown take my insurance. Anyway, I don't like to come here again.

My kids love Doc. Lojewski. She is very patient and doesn't push antibiotics on you. We have try homeopathic medicine witch she recommended. I'm still using it with my kids when they getting colds or even eat infection. My son is hard to deal with if it comes to shots. We love nurse Iwona who always have a great attitude and can handle my son better than me sometimes. Also the front desk is very nice and you can tell they love kids.

Dr. Lojewski is a great physician to my children. She usually combines conventional medicine with homeopathy. She always answers my questions in a professional manner. I would highly recommend her to any one who wants the best care for their little ones. Thank you!

Takes a while to find a great place you're comfortable with, Finally found it! Doctor seems to genuinely care, and followed up after a visit. The wait time depends. There have been days we went in and it was very busy but I appreciated that they still gave an appointment the same day for a sick visit. One time had to wait a bit but they explained that a visit ahead of us had many questions/concerns so they were running behind.

I appreciate the time Doctor spends with her patients and it's NOT just an in and out visit so I didn't mind the wait. Plus at our previous doctor office we had to wait an hour for the visit which lasted less than 10 minutes. I also love that she offers alternative care like homeopathy along with conventional treatment. 5 Stars!

Dr Lojewski used to be much better with when you get in to your scheduled check up. The wait times has gotten crazy long. Last time I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor. This is ridiculous. It's hard to entertain your children for that long. I wish they could try to do better it at least apologize and tell you ahead of time that this will happen.

I just went a third time with our baby and I got to say I like it more and more every time I go. Staff is super nice and helpful and as far as the doctor herself - I would give her 10 stars if I could.
