First off this is my primary care physician so with my insurance my copay is $25 but they continue to send me a bill for $40 like there a specialist. Another thing is I have to call every month to get a refill on my prescription, and every month it seems to be a hassle plus I've had to go multiple days without my medication because they want your prescription to run out before they call it in. It's ridiculous

Done sleep study with Dr Sabharwal, Charu last August 2021, i have to say it is the worst doctor i encountered in my life. She used scare tactic to get sign up sleep studies and sign up rent to purchase the resmed machine. After you got the machine set up and in use, you will not hear from your doctor again, she will not follow up with you. I guess that is how corporation operate (Loudoun Medical Group).

The machine if you buy outright it might cost up to $3000, but they charge you 10 months of rent of $800. Their billing department is horrible. No one call back, and no one pick up the phone. But they able to buy bot machine to send you bill and make phone call to you to threat you with sending your medical bill to collection if you do not pay up on time. I am still looking to talk someone about my medical bill. This Loudoun Medical Group and Dr Sabharwal have lost my trust. I will not recommend anyone to them ever.

Seems like they're partaking in fraudulent billing. Argued with accounting regarding in correct CPT codes being used. Crazy how they want to charge my insurance several hundred dollars for a 4 minute tele health

I have experienced the same issues with billing that everyone has described in their reviews. Since July I have been REPEATEDLY billed for CPAP supplies that I didn't need and were not the correct supplies for the machine I used. I have repeatedly contacted billing, sent letters, etc and have never received a response, the same invoice is simply mailed out again.

In July I informed Comprehensive Sleep that the supplies were not the correct ones and I did not need additional supplies. When this was not addressed I returned the items unopened and unused on July 27th. The office denies receiving the return even though I have a tracking number indicating they in fact DID receive it. Additionally, a payment I made for medical services was never credited even though I have a bank statement showing payment was made and the bill has been sent to collections. Obviously after reading these reviews this is a systemic problem. I too have been unable to directly speak with anyone or get a response.

Wish I could zero stars. Getting billed for CPAP equipment 6 months after I stopped using it and was assured all my subscriptions for new items were cancelled. Also evey time I call to complain I get transferred around and end up having to leave a message, that NO ONE EVER FOLLOWS UP ON! What a s*#tshow.

My first appointment, I was five minutes late because of traffic. I walked in and they told me I missed my appointment. They gave me another appointment two months from now. I was grateful this happened. I was able to discover without seeing a doctor that this is a sham practice. They aren't in the business of medical care.

I was charged upfront over $1300 for a medical procedure, but then my insurance company was billed and the insurance company paid the full amount of the claim for the procedure. My insurance company informed me that I'm entitled to a refund and I provided all supporting documentation to support my refund request, but I'm getting the run around about getting my refund.

I'm being told different stories about getting my refund. In an email, I'm told that the money would be debited back to my account by the doctor's office manager (in Alexandria, VA) who has failed to contact me directly. She has her staff running interference for her. I even asked for her supervisor's name and the staff person claimed not to know the office manager's supervisor.

The treating physician came highly recommended, but unfortunately, this negative experience will cost the doctor a patient. I will not go back and will not recommend others. This has been a disappointing experience, but I'm not giving my money away when my insurance has paid for the procedure.

Went to LMG Cornwall Urgent care on 6/27. During the appointment I was told a prescription would be sent into my pharmacy of choice. As we were leaving the provider I saw called to confirm I had no allergies to the product in the prescription. I told her I didn't and had used it before successfully. She said she would go ahead and call it in. After that everything fell into a black hole. 29 hours later and four phone calls later the prescription is finally called in. Thank you to Iura (the receptionist) for your persistence. I suspect this place is fine if you just need a sports physical but if you need meds I would head to PatientFirst.

I've been going to LMG for 3 years and I am finally DONE. The billing department has consistently sent bills to old addresses. My first bill was delivered to the wrong address and a debt collection agency contacted me about it a year and a half later. This office had multiple other ways to contact me about this bill but sent it to debt collections instead.

Since then, I've called several times to make sure they had the correct address on file. But without fail, the latest bill was delivered to an old address across the country. When I called the billing department, they said they had my correct address on file, but there must've been an error in sending it out. At this point, my only choice is to move to a new doctors office.

I wrote a review reporting the poor service from the reception staff of Dr. Jeffrey Nekoba's practice. In response to my complaint, which mostly concerned poor and unprofessional treatment from the reception staff, I was invited to have an over the phone meeting with Loudoun Medical Group representatives. I suppose, because Dr. Nekoba's office was. incredibly unprofessional, they felt they needed to cover their butts because much of the conversation was spent with me listening to the rep explain how to find a new doctor and offering to assist me with doing so (LOL).

I shouldn't have to explain why that is an arbitrary, rather insulting, response to me complaining about ill treatment from reception staff. A clear cut apology and assurances of more training for reception staff seems more appropriate than a presumptive/condescending explanation of how to find in-network coverage. My family was with Dr. Nekoba for 15 years, and he has lost our business because he chose to put his staff before his patients.

I love Loudoun Medical Group very nice office friendly helpful staff, I've been seeing Dr. Patel for many many years, what does that tell you? Dr. Patel is an excellent Doctor, he makes you feel like you matter, he takes the time to go over all your medical care with you, so if your looking for a new PCP don't hesitate to contact Loudoun Medical Group.

I like this doctor but their billing department is ridiculous. I went to the office in August 2018 and am today (April 13, 2020) receiving a bill for the services rendered that day. We've changed insurance. companies 2 times since that visit. This is very irresponsible and negligent on the billing department's side. It shouldn't take 20 months to file a claim and receive payment.

I do not Recommend this they have poor service staff working in the office especially in 44084 riverside parkway branch they hang up the phone while your waiting to get someone on phone and I am 3 days out of my medication and my pharmacy had sent request to my primary care Dr, D, Ceschin still waiting for her respond. I have personally called. office at number 703 724 7530 once they hanged up on my and second times I was told they will give her the massage and massages, ,,,S till they can not find my primary CARE, ,,? If you ever happend to go there better go cross road to loudoun hospital is much better than LMG.

I've been fighting with LMG over a bill that they keep sending me for a copay that has been paid. I use flex spending and have presented them with documentation supporting that it was paid. No one returns calls or emails. This is not the first time this has happened with them. They suck and their practices are shady. My next stop will be to the Better Business Bureau and the Insurance Regulatory Board for VA.

When LMG makes a billing error of their own fault, don't come after patients a year later to make up a $5 difference. LMG made the mistake, so it should be LMG's responsibility to eat that cost.
