Had my gallbladder removed and a week later went in with severe rash all over my abdomen! Was told it was a severe allergic reaction to the adhesive and was given adhesive removal wipes and told to go home and remove myself! I did so and here I am two weeks later with infected incisions told to go see a dermatologist? This is wrong!

Dr. Sallee was very compassionate and informative during each of my visits and surgery. I appreciate him taking the time to explain things to me where I could understand it. He was also very sympathetic with what I was going through at my age. Not all doctors invest in their patients like Dr. Sallee and his nursing/surgical staff. The day of my surgery Dr. Sallee and his team made me feel at ease during a very nervous and anxious time. I would highly recommend Dr. Sallee to anyone having surgery!

Absolutely horrendous office staff. Patient was referred mid December and had a planned surgery date in mid-January. PCP referral expired December 31 unbeknownst to patient. Patient went to pre-op January 14th, called several times before surgery to make sure everything was in order. Was told each time everything was set. Less than 24 hours before surgery insurance office person named Bianca Chuchwheel calls and says they were unable to get insurance approval because the PCP referral expired December 31 and they needed the referral done again 10 days before surgery.

As it is their job to take care of these issues and find them and work them through with patients - it is unacceptable to call the day before to cancel surgery when we have been calling to check on things for several weeks. I ask to speak with her manager. Her name is Carmen BlackStock. I tell Carmen they dropped the ball and it is unacceptable for them to call less than 24 hours before surgery to tell us they didn't have the paperwork.

I had to explain to her about 5 times the 10 day period as to why Bianca said they needed to cancel his surgery. I don't work in insurance and understood the problem, I don't know how she is in charge of their insurance system if I have to explain to her 5 times what her own office has stated in the simplest terms I know how to use. I tell Carmen this is unacceptable and they dropped the ball.

She repeatedly states that it was not their fault, that it is no ones fault. I told her Dr. Bayouth needs to know how the practice is running. That they have moved the patient's scheduling many many times. We get text messages to go to appointments they have canceled. she still has zero accountability that checking insurance and resolving problems is a part of her job. Seeing as the amount of chaos just in their scheduling and insurance departments, we don't feel comfortable having surgery with a doctor that does not have control over these fundamental issues.

I have placed a medical complaint as the patient has had surgery that has had to be postponed due to the doctor's own negligence in hiring and managing appropriate office staff.

Went to see one of the doctors for a hand problem. checked out, made my co-pay and everything was OK. Right? Wrong. A month later received a bill for $ 81.00. I asked for an explanation and got a complicated, long winded reply which made no sense at all. Then they charged my credit card without authorization. I disputed the charge, and the bank refunded the $ 81.00 to my account.

This really made SWAT unhappy, and I received bill after bill, after bill. They turned it over to a collection agency, who I then contacted and explained the situation. The collection agency ceased collection efforts, and wanted no part of this. Now I get another bill from SWAT for double the original amount(?) Stay away at all costs. They will bill you for " made up, " costs, and then harass you forever if you don't pay.

My next step is to report them to every federal agency I can think of. I wish they would sue me, but they won't, because they would have to try and explain all this to a judge.

After going through the process with several steps to try to get EGD done. I was in a situation where I cancel to appointments cause I do not have relatives or any friends to take me back-and-forth to these doctors. Had a verbal argument no cursing or profanity with Tiffany a Staff member at doctor Eggl office. Only to find out through the office management that the doctor has decided to dismiss me from the program.

I do not have a problem with a dismissal. Or being fired by a doctor. My problem is that office staff member Tiffany should have explained these things in detail better in my opinion much earlier instead as 6 months into this process. Anybody that's going through this office with this doctor must do their homework on your own you are not going to get all your questions answered by them they don't like people explaining to them some of the limitations a Patient may have such as mine.

Also when you get fired from a doctor it follows you my regular PCP doctor dropped me I am now seeking an attorney to look into this manner. There must be a forum for patients to be able to Have grievances if they are not heard properly by physicians or their staff members. In today's societee it is very easy for doctors now to dismiss or fire patience with out any recourse or grievances for the patient to follow up with. It's just a automatic fire no explanation.

Some of the staff are help and nice, but let's get to the chase I had 2 appointments with them, they are in network with my insurance I was charged and paid they still have yet to send my first appointment to my insurance, this is causing me to pay 300 extra on my deductible, my second appointment they sent in I again paid close too 300 after everything is said and done with insurance I only owe them 75.00 but of course no one here will return a phone call or tell me anything other then we sent it to insurance! This place is a joke! I have give ln them time to fix this I'm guessing I need to take it up a step and talk to the state bored since they refuse to file with my insurance!

Rip off alert: $250 just to be told you have a hernia and it needs surgery. Was told they'd work with us on the payment of the visit fee, we get there and they've claimed the person we talked to never worked there. Unprofessional, compassionate staff, avoid at all costs. Or it will cost you.
